- HFHenry FrasierJun 30, 20265.0I havent used many rental companies in the past. But Enterprise was great!! The vehicle was cleaned and very well maintained. Customer service was excellent and respectful. Im 6'5ft tall and was worried about the vehicle I was getting. My agent was able to cancel the original vehicle and get me something spacious and gas efficient on the same day I was supposed to get the vehicle. Not only that but they also came out to my job and picked up personally to bring me to the rental center to get my rental. Im very happy with my experience with Enterprise and will use them again in the future.

We checked in with them to make sure everything was ready to go and they said they had nothing available. So why make a scheduled pick up time?? Terrible service would not recommend.

They were scheduled to open at 7:30 and we got there about 5 minutes early. 7:30 came and we saw a lady that I believe was the manager come out the side door but the front door was still locked. SK at once, four of five cars pulled into the parking lot and they all appeared to be employees arriving late. Finally, about 7:40, the front doors opened and we were taken care of, although the young man that took care of us needed help from the manager.
