  Very poor service. My family had a reservation for over a month. Arrived the day of our reservation and our vehicle had been rented out. And the staff was rude and un accommodating in any way. I will not be using this service again.

  Shout out to Marissa and Carlos!!! Their professionalism and customer service is top tier and I’m not exaggerating! Even if it can be frustrating sometimes waiting to get a rental previously booked for, their approach on reassuring you that they’re working on getting your rental as fast as possible, makes a huge difference. This is my to-go rental place.

  The young lady who took care of my reservation was amazing. I was having trouble with my card. I needed to leave to go to the bank to get another card. She held my reservation so I wouldn’t lose it. She was so patient with me throughout the process. She gave her undivided attention. She also made sure I received my military discount I didn’t know I qualified for.

  This is the best enterprise. The staff is so amazing and helpful. They always make sure I'm 100 percent happy and happily accommodate me when Im not. I will always drive past any other enterprise for my awesome crew. 2 car rentals with yalll and your already better then my old o e back in Texas.

  We visited Enterprise on Saturday during an extremely busy time, and while the situation wasn’t ideal, we completely understood that the staff was doing everything they could. The few employees working were handling a packed office with professionalism, patience, and kindness. I wish I remembered the name of the young man who helped us. My family and I were under a lot of stress trying to get on the road for a funeral, and he consistently kept us updated on our wait time. When the wait ended up being longer than originally expected, he went above and beyond by offering us a different vehicle at no additional charge. We never asked for special treatment, complained, or even explained our circumstances, which made his gesture even more meaningful. His kindness and thoughtfulness helped make an already difficult and emotional weekend a little easier. I may stop by again just to find out his name because he truly deserves recognition for the outstanding customer service he provided. This was our second time renting from Enterprise, and experiences like this are exactly why we will continue to choose them for our future car rental needs. Thank you to the entire team for working so hard under challenging circumstances and for treating your customers with such care.
