  We rented a car from P Ridge Road location in Clarksville Tennessee. I went online and made the reservation. The price was great. The car was terrible. It was just very uncomfortable. However, the car wasn’t as bad as a customer service at the P Ridge location after calling I believe it was around nine times and never getting an answer but once and then being put on hold for 26 minutes and then I had to hang up because I couldn’t hold that long anyway I called Customer Service at the 800 number they told me that they would file a complaint and a regional manager will get back with me so far. No one‘s gotten back with me. They were supposed to pick my husband up at 8:30 AM to pick up the car. No one showed no one called. I called the 800 number they told me well. It depends on their short staffed, how am I supposed to know if they’re short staffed or not? No one will answer the phone. After they run your credit card that’s when they tell you that there is a $300 deposit that’s taken out of your bank and will give it back to you when you return the car and everything is fine. You stand in line about 30 to 40 minutes waiting to get the keys to your car so get there early. I will get there when they open up! The P Ridge location is terrible. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or just haven’t been trained in good customer service and I must say the regional manager has never called me so I believe that he she is in the same boat as far as Customer Service I don’t believe enterprise gives a hoot about bad customer service or about problems with locations if they did, they would’ve called me cause I filed three complaints and so far not a word. We probably will rent from enterprise again, but it will not be for the P Ridge Road location in Clarksville Tennessee Tennessee.

  We had initially reserved a car from Avis on Ft. Campbell Blvd. two months in advance. We had shown up for a reservation only to be greeted by a not so friendly man and finding out we have no vehicle unless we waited for people to show up. We then had to scramble for a vehicle and reserved through this Enterprise location. We were helped by Carlos and he was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! He had advised they had experiences like ours with people from the specific location we initially went through as well as Hertz. We had only booked a basic car for a day but were given the option of two premium type cars. We chose a Chevy Malibu that was very clean and drive wonderfully. Carlos was an absolute professional and we will be doing our future rental bookings with this location and hopefully have Carlos when we go through the process.

  I’ve been a returning customer here for a while, but this recent experience was incredibly disappointing from the start. I had made a reservation specifically requesting a home pickup, but no one ever showed up. I had to scramble to find my own ride to the location, which resulted in me starting my day 45 minutes behind schedule. When I arrived and explained the situation, the gentlemen on staff were rude and completely dismissed my concerns as if they didn't matter. They just pushed through the paperwork without a single apology for the inconvenience. ​However, Marissa completely saved the day when I returned the vehicle. She was the polar opposite of everyone else I encountered. She was incredibly professional, kind, and—most importantly—she actually took the time to listen to my experience and show genuine empathy. Her generosity and courteous attitude totally turned my perspective around. ​Marissa is an absolute star and an asset to this team. She is the only reason I am willing to come back to this location. She truly deserves to be recognized and promoted for her exceptional customer care and leadership. Management is lucky to have her!"

  I picked up the vehicle just before closing just after all the ice storms so desperation is an understatement. I was happy to receive the rental but was frustrated to find that the vehicle was pungent and that communication was terrible. after all I was in their vehicle for two months. I hope they work on this for the future
