  I was very well taken care of! My insurance was going back and forth with me about how long it would take me to get my car back, and Carlos didn’t miss a beat. He got me in a superbly clean and smooth rental car with no wait and kept me in it as long as I needed it. I was able to return it swiftly as soon as I was able to pick up my car. I will always utilize this company when I am in need (or want) of a rental!

  I would highly recommend to not come here unless you want to wait for hours or not be seen. How are you gonna have 30 reservations for your be day but have no one working there. The rudeness I felt there was not appreciated. Will never come to this place and you guys need to hire more employees.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the Enterprise location on Pea Ridge Road in Clarksville. I called because I was actively looking at their website while speaking with the representative cony, and wanted help understanding what vehicles they actually had available. Instead of being helpful, the Cony came across as extremely rude and rushed me through the conversation. At one point, I was told that there were “other customers waiting” and that she “technically couldn’t help me if I was already on the website.” That response made absolutely no sense to me. The entire reason I called was to get clarification from an actual person while reviewing the options online. The situation became even more frustrating when they required a credit card to be placed on file. I offered to provide my debit card instead and was told they would not accept it for what I was trying to do. What makes this more disappointing is that this is not my first frustrating experience with this location. A couple of months ago, I rented a vehicle from them for my security company. I had specifically arranged for a vehicle I wanted, but when I arrived for pickup, I was told they had gotten rid of that vehicle and could only offer me something completely different. Because I was under a time crunch and needed the vehicle for a security client, I really did not have much of a choice but to accept what they had available. That meant showing up to my client with a different vehicle than what I had planned and requested. At the time, I let it go because I understand that mistakes happen, inventory changes, and sometimes things simply do not go according to plan. However, after today's interaction, it is becoming harder to view these situations as isolated incidents. Between the previous vehicle issue, the dismissive attitude on the phone today, being rushed through basic questions, and the lack of willingness to help, I am starting to see a pattern in the level of service at this location. I was genuinely interested in renting from them again, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service should not make someone feel like an inconvenience for simply trying to understand their options before spending their money.

  I ALWAYS have a great experience at this branch!!! They’re always so professional, kind, patient and efficient!!! Special shout out to Nic for making my rental experience today so seamless!!! 10/10 HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

  July 2026 was our 2nd time renting a vehicle from this location. The employees are exceptional and very professional. We rented a vehicle I was not familiar with and the attendant took the time to explain the features I needed to know about. The return was smooth and swift. I highly recommend renting from the Pea Ridge location in Clarksville TN.
