  Tabitha Brinkley at Store 586 was very helpful in assisting me with the return of an item I purchased at another store in another state. A mistake had been made at that store; in their efforts to help me with a part for my car, they accidentally gave me the wrong item and kept the original packaging, complicating my return in TN when the part wasn't quite right. Tabitha informed me of the policies AutoZone enforces with returns that don't have their original packaging but helped me fix the mistake due to the context of the situation. I was very grateful for her time and effort in resolving my issue. Very appreciative of her and this store!

  My key fob was dying. I walked in, was greeted right away. I said what I was there for, someone helped me promptly, I was in and out within minutes! I was expecting them to just sell me a new battery for my fob, but she took my fob and swapped it out for me!

  Usually really great and helpful. A man sold me a tire gauge that I could also use for self defense and I thought that was very thoughtful as being a woman who has a car that is not secure. Thank you
