  Today my car broke down and I was pushed into their parking lot. I was there a while trying to see what was going on with my car. All the men working today helped me and was able to answer all my questions and even run test on my car. I appreciate them so much for all their help and how they went above and beyond to help me.

  I called about a 3/8 fuel line disconnect tool, dude who answered the phone was very blunt and rude. Says he doesn't carry a fuel line disconnect tool, i asked if he could go down the isle and check then proceeded to ask for my car info. I ended up going to the competitor

  I have been in this store numerous times being close to us and had a great experience every time but my last time has resulted in this review. Everytime I have been in this store regardless of who rang me up except the individual below…..I get asked if I’m military or they notice and put the discount on there anyway. You can watch them do it they always need a manger’s code so you can tell if they did it or not. I went in there Tuesday to grab some de icer since I used a jug getting my car unfrozen. I found what I was looking for with a few other things I needed and headed to the counter. A female manager….I think she is a manager….with really short hair and was pretty short herself rang me up. She scanned everything and read me my total not saying anything else. I looked at the screen and asked her if there was a military discount in the transaction since she didn’t ask me if I was a vet or anything. She rudely clapped back and said in a snappy tone….”No there isn’t….how am I supposed to know that if you don’t mention it.” I politely said that the other employees always ask or add it because they can just see I am military. Then she bluntly asks for an ID to make sure after I had to do her job and bring it up. I didn’t say anything else and just left with my stuff. I didn’t care so much about the discount it was how she rudely snapped back at me for just asking if it was on the transaction. All she had to do was ask if she wasn’t sure. I’m pretty sure 90% of their customer base is military anyway. Totally unnecessarily and way out of line. She may have been having an off day but stay home if someone asking you about a discount upset you that much.
