  I want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew at AutoZone! The day before the 4th of July, he went above and beyond to help me find all the right tools I needed to change my own thermostat. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. As a former AutoZoner for 8 years, I know what it means to put customers first, and Andrew truly lives up to AutoZone’s pledge “AutoZoners put customers First” Thanks to his help, I was able to get my vehicle back on the road and make my trip home to Indiana. I also want to mention how great the store looked—it was clean, organized, and well-stocked. It’s always nice to see a team that takes pride in their store. Thank you, Andrew, for the outstanding customer service. Team members like you make a lasting impression!

  I had an urgent light appear that required immediate resolution so I stopped at this Auto Zone. The Manager Andrew went above and beyond his duties to assist our family. I am very grateful for his help because I was clueless. My husband does all of the maintenance on my Volvo so I would not have been able to figured out. Thank you, Andrew and team!

  Andrew and Matthew were great! I just got in a wreck and I’m trying to get at least one car back on the road (my other car is damaged) and they gave me a discount and were very very patient as I was waiting on my money to go through my bank account as well! They were very kind, patient, and helpful! This is definitely the best experience I’ve had at any AutoZone!

  Andrew was an INCREDIBLE help when I stopped in. He was able to help clear up an issue that three seperate shops had said needed a specialist. He was able to get us the specific tools and items we needed while being very friendly and welcoming.

  This place SUCKS!!! Only one person up front to help when you walk in and 1 person to check lights in your car. I walked in and didn’t even get greeted eventually a employee asked me what I needed and I told him a light came on in my car and needed it scanned he said that I’d have to wait for the one guy to come back inside and do it so I stood off to the side and waited which was fine a bit dismissive but it was fine. The guy comes back inside and I let him know my engine light came on in my car and we went outside so he could scan it. He asked me if it was my Check Engine light and I said “No it’s my Engine Service soon light” and he immediately just stood and says “you just need an oil change” doesn’t even offer to still scan my car and walks away. Mind you when my light came on over a week ago I was 2,000 miles left till my next oil change and when I came in today I was still over 1,000 miles till my next oil change so I KNOW it’s not my oil. So I left and went to O’Reilly’s and they actually scanned it even warning me like nothing might pop up but will still scan to make sure. They scanned and guess what? My Mass Air Flow Sensor Circuit needs replaced!!! THANK YOU O’REILLY’S For actually scanning my car even if nothing pops up!! For god sake AutoZone ITS A FREE SERVICE YOU OFFER just like O’Reilly’s! The only difference is one business actually cares. So if you need your car checked let me be the one to suggest O’Reilly’s instead. Specifically the one on Tiny Town Rd next to Publix and Mapco!
