  The employees are not friendly. We recently moved to Chattanooga from Knoxville and this made our third visit to this location and will be our last. All three visits have been treated rudely and like we weren’t worth the time it’s your job so do it to the best of your ability or find a new one that you like don’t be rude to customers. Every time we go we have to change lanes because they are having problems with someone’s oil filter apparently whoever is underneath doesn’t know what they are doing. Maybe the manager needs to check his employees better.

  I have been here before, but every time I come the service seems to get better. Jerry and the rest of the crew took care of me and made sure I knew all of my options, but didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t need or want. They made sure I was informed of my vehicles condition and gave me good options to keep it running smooth. Would highly recommend their service and the location makes it easy to get in and out of.

  Efficient, Considerate, and polite service! Eric & Skyler were the Excellent. This is my usual place to receive service - it’s because of people like them. I brought in my own panel air and cabin, air filters, Then they were kind enough to be strong men and put them in properly 🙌🏼💪🏽

  We had such a great experience at Valvoline! Jerry, Dean, and Skyler were absolutely amazing. They were quick and efficient, but still took the time to explain everything and keep us informed throughout the entire oil change. All of them were incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely made the whole experience so easy. Customer service like this is hard to come by, and we will definitely be coming back specifically because of the service they provided. Thank you all so much!

  I always go out of my way to come down to this location, the staff are knowledgeable and explain every service in detail and will always recommend what’s best for your vehicle. The location I frequent previously would zip tie my busted up skid plate back under my car after an oil change without my knowledge, and the folks over here suggested that I get it removed for safety reasons. Great service and they’re concerned about your vehicles health!
