I am at tire discounters now, waiting for them to finish up, but as it stands, I am completely satisfied. From the time that I called initially to get a quote, they were very friendly and informative. After I brought it in, they took very good Care of my vehicle. They called me An updated me of any changes or concerns that needed to be addressed. Even when they were telling me about issues that needed to be addressed, I didn’t feel as if they were trying to upsell anything. Knowing that I work a late shift in a factory, they didn’t press me when they couldn’t get in touch. And they definitely went above and beyond to take care of some things at no cost to me just as a convenience to me as a customer and having a family.
