  I had my tires rotated at this location and it took a little longer than expected for them to get to it. However, Manny felt bad about it and did not charge me a dime due to the wait. I thought that as excellent customer service and you don't see that often today. They will be my tire shop for now on.

  Visiting Chattanooga last Friday from Amelia island for our anniversary and I damaged a rear at 5:30pm. My tires are hard to find size for BMW X6M and I barely rolled in at 10 mins to close. These guys found a tire and had it delivered and installed the next day by noon. All other places had me waiting until Monday or Tuesday, but I had to leave Monday morning. Outstanding service!

  What should have been a simple $50 tire repair turned into 2½ hours of wasted time, misleading information, and an attempt to sell us a tire we didn’t need. My wife picked up a nail in her tire and was stranded without a spare. She had her vehicle towed to this shop after being told over the phone that they could inspect the tire and determine whether it could be patched or needed to be replaced. Two and a half hours after receiving her vehicle, we hadn’t heard a word. When I finally called, I was informed that nobody had even looked at the car and that they wouldn’t be able to get to it until the following week. Interesting. That would have been pretty useful information BEFORE my wife paid to have her vehicle towed there. I told them no problem, just leave the key in the vehicle. I’d come remove the tire myself and take it somewhere that actually had time to help us. Twenty minutes later, I arrived to find the vehicle magically pulled into a service bay. Suddenly, they’d found time to inspect it. The gentleman at the counter informed me that the nail had penetrated the sidewall, making the tire unrepairable. According to him, we needed an entirely new tire, which they would have to order, and they might be able to have the vehicle ready by Monday. We were leaving town and couldn’t wait. I declined, retrieved the vehicle, and moved it to the gas station next door, where a mobile tire technician agreed to meet us. And here’s where this experience goes from frustrating to downright insulting. The mobile technician arrived, inspected the tire, and immediately determined that the sidewall was perfectly fine. The supposed sidewall damage? Didn’t exist. The “nail” was actually a tiny screw that had barely punctured the tread. Total cost to repair the tire? $50. No replacement tire. No waiting until Monday. No ordering parts. Just a straightforward repair that got my wife back on the road. So now I have some questions. How does a business that specializes in tires mistake a small, repairable tread puncture for sidewall damage requiring a complete replacement? How does a shop go from being unable to inspect a vehicle until next week to suddenly inspecting it in the 20 minutes it takes the customer to arrive and retrieve it? And perhaps most importantly, how many customers would have simply trusted that diagnosis and paid for a new tire they didn’t actually need? I can’t tell you whether this was dishonesty, incompetence, or a combination of the two. I can tell you that the diagnosis we received was directly contradicted by another tire professional who repaired the tire without issue. My wife was stranded, needed help, and trusted this business to give her an accurate assessment. Instead, we wasted an afternoon and were told to replace a tire that another professional repaired for $50. A business doesn’t earn trust by telling customers what they need to buy. It earns trust by telling them what they actually need. My advice? If this shop tells you a tire can’t be repaired, get a second opinion before opening your wallet. We did. And it saved us the cost of an unnecessary tire replacement. You had an opportunity to earn a customer for life over a simple tire repair. Instead, you earned this review.

  Came here after getting turned away for a tire patch from another shop saying that based on the location it was dangerous and likely needed the tire to be replaced but didn’t have what was needed. Not only did they help get my tire patched quickly, they did it at no cost!! Very friendly and easy process - including the online appointment booking. Will definitely be back!
