- JBJim BeckJul 10, 20261.0On a Wednesday I called to schedule a time to bring my Jeep Cherokee in to have the front wheel bearings checked and replaced. I told the person at the store that I had the Mitsubishi Diamond warranty for the repairs, and that they would need to contact the company on Friday before beginning work. Also stated that the warranty required 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. The employee acted like they understood. Took that Friday off to have the repairs done, and get to the shop before the scheduled 8:00 time. After a few minutes, the service advisor came back to me and stated that they did not have a way to receive payment from my warranty company, so they were not able to make the repairs that they said they could make earlier that week. They said they could diagnose the issue, but that was all. No apologies for wasting my time. So now I will have to wait another week to take my Jeep to another shop on my day off, because no one can take same day work. Very disappointed with Tire Discounters.
- LJLucky JlJun 24, 20263.0Excessive wait times even for basic tire rotations. Miss tire rotation interval by even a bit and they'll void your tire warranty. Every time I've been quoted for a set of tires, when it's time to schedule the service they don't have the brand so I'm stuck paying more for something else bc at that point I need the tires so what choice do I have. After awhile that choice becomes taking my business elsewhere, when it always seems to be something. The ppl are generally nice at least.

- DMDavey MimbsMay 24, 20265.0Traveling from out of town and I got something in my tire causing a flat around 6:30pm, I couldn't find anyone in Chattanooga to help me out, the next morning I showed up at 7:30 at this location and Alex opened up the door early and immediately tried to help me out. He told me his team would be there at 8:00 to get me fixed up and they did exactly that. This place is truly one of a kind and I highly recommend letting them help you out. Thank you Tire Discounter!
