  Fantastic team on hwy 58! 10/10 would recommend. These guys took care of me & got me through quickly! Photo is after repair. Before It was nearly the size of a quarter, now it’s sealed and visually smaller than a pen in diameter.

  Safelite came to my office (much appreciated!). Our tech, Fred, was very friendly, helpful and took great care with my wife’s vehicle. Hopefully will not need their services again soon, but if we do, I’m glad our insurance company partners with them. Thank you!

  Burn spot from heat gun on hood of car surrounded by scratches. Chunks of paint gone from glass removal tool. Tried to take care of the tech had fans going and the car under 100% covered/shaded garage. Care i provided to tech, tech did not reciprocate to my vehicle👎

  I had an amazing experience here from start to finish. I went through my insurance, and they recommended this location to me for my windshield replacement. Everyone was extremely helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process. I let them know about the pre-existing condition of my vehicle, including an abrasion that was already there, and I specifically asked them to document everything because I needed it as proof for my insurance. They made sure to document the whole process for both their protection and mine, and I really appreciated that. It gave me peace of mind and showed me how seriously they take their work. They also went above and beyond by trying to save my stickers, recalibrating my braking and collision sensor, and making sure everything was taken care of before I left. They even explained the safety precautions that come with a new windshield, including not going through a car wash for at least three days. On top of all that, they had everything done in under 32 minutes, which is honestly insane. The speed, professionalism, and attention to detail really impressed me. I especially want to thank Brooklyn, the CA, and Steven, the technician, for making the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress-free. They both deserve recognition for how well they handled everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing windshield work done. They even vacuumed my car afterwards because it was just as clean as when I brought it in!

  I dropped my car off in Chattanooga after getting a massive crack in my windshield while in TN on vacation. I left my car Tuesday night for service on Wednesday. I was promised that if I couldn’t get back to Chattanooga before they closed Wednesday they would put my keys in a lockbox so that I could pickup my car after hours. I texted the tech, William, back in the afternoon to remind them that I couldn’t get there before 5. No response. When I was able to get a ride I sent another text trying to see if I could get the code or if they were still there. I received no response. I tried to call, but the store was closed. We drove to Chattanooga just to see if we could get there when someone might still be there. No such luck. I spent all day Thursday calling, texting, and even emailing. I never received a response. We got to SafeLite as early as we could (still after their closing hours). When I walked in to the reception area the woman standing there was the woman I spoke to on Tuesday when I dropped my car off. I informed her that they hadn’t been responding and I never received a text for the lockbox. That’s when I found the person standing behind her was William. My technician who had been ignoring my messages. She informed me the manager was out for a funeral and that he would call me back. I don’t know when that call will come in. I went out to the parking lot to let my sister-in-law know that I got the keys and confirming with her that I would be able to go home. William decided to corner me at her car. He kept making excuses that I came after they closed on Wednesday. I reminded him that I was told the keys would be in a lockbox. He kept trying to make excuses and I finally told him I would solve it with his manager. I got into my car and there was a placard on my dash. It made comments that my floorboards were vacuumed, they definitely weren’t. My belongings in my car had been moved (I’m on vacation). One example is the hoodie that I had sitting in my passenger seat was in my backseat on dragging on the floor. This whole experience from the day I dropped my car off until picking it up has been a nightmare.
