  The easiest car repair of my life. Booking took 3 minutes. They came to my house. Literally the most effort that I put forth was backing my car out of the garage. Can all car repairs be this easy!?

  Great experience with Safelite, from the initial booking, to getting next day service, to several follow up calls where everyone was friendly, polite and thorough. Fred and Nathan did and exceptional job on our windshield replacement. Highly recommend!

  I’ve had multiple repairs done through Safelite over the years, and I’ve always been pleased — until this experience. What started as a small rock ding ended up three times larger after the repair, and instead of a smooth, professional finish, we were left with a cloudy glob on the windshield. When we contacted customer care, my husband spent over an hour on the phone only to be told he needed to call yet another number because the only solution they could offer was a full windshield replacement — at an $800 cost to us. Yes, they give the standard disclaimer that you may be responsible for the deductible if a repair worsens, but you don’t expect a large, supposedly reputable company like Safelite to turn a simple repair into a much bigger problem. Honestly, I feel like I could have achieved a better result myself with craft resin and a UV light. After this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending them to anyone. All of the photos are after the “repair.” I really wish I had a photo of the original chip. It was barely noticeable. I just didn’t want to take a chance on it getting worse. Now I wish I’d just left it alone.

  The customer service was sub par. All calls route to a call center. There was no way to contact the shop directly. The call center couldn’t even get in contact w the store initially. I received no correspondence when they started on the car, only an email prompted by customer service at the call center. They contacted me 30 min before shop close to set up pick up. They then called back AFTER closing hours for payment. I had to walk the customer service rep thru the billing as he gave me an inconsistency. When I went to pick up the car after hours, the code they gave me to the lock box was incorrect. Thankfully had a spare set.

  If I could rate this place a zero I would, absolutely terrible customer service, also apparently the day I dropped my car off the glass delivery came late but I never got a call so after several hours came and went I drove to the store to check since no one would answer the phones and they told me that they just started the service and would call me when it's done. Never got a call. Had to come back to the store and get my car without a phone call. Also while I was waiting to get my keys the person at the desk was talking very loudly on the phone the whole time about how much he hated his job and couldn't wait to go home. Never will I ever go to this location again, and probably never visit/recommend another safelight in my lifetime. If I had the option, I would go back in time and let my windshield explode in my face rather then bring my car to this pitiful establishment.
