Dylan let me know when he would be arriving, more than once. He delivered professional results in about as short a time as you could hope for. Thanks so much for the great work!

Safelite was recommended by my insurance carrier. It took 3 weeks, 3 windshields, a trip to a body shop, and a rental car to complete the installation of a new windshield. If I had not had personal phone numbers from the employees working on my car, I don't know what i would have done. Calling their number just prompts you to go to their website. Very dissatisfied with communication process. When i finally got my car back, it was filthy inside. Granted, I was in a hurry to get my car back and return the rental and it was at the end of the day, but it still should have been returned clean. I paid extra for windshield wipers and rain repellant and didn't realize til weeks later when we actually had some rain that this had not been done. I tried to call about it, but you can't actually talk to a person and the automated system kept hanging up on me. I physically went to the story and talked to Jared who promptly came out to check and confirm that I had only 1 new wiper blade. He replaced and adjusted the new wiper blades and I was on my way with working wipers and a smile on my face It shouldn't be that difficult. Huge shout out to Jared at the Bonny Oaks location for a job well done.

Took our van in to have the drivers front window replaced on 9/12/26. The technician locked the keys in the van. Instead of asking us if we had a spare key, or calling a locksmith, they used a crowbar to get into the vehicle. Now I have a bunch of dents in my A-pillar. Now I'm getting the run around trying to get them to pay for damages.

I had to have my windshield replaced and dreaded having to get it done. Then I remembered Safelite being mobile. Called, got an appointment, Dillon the technician, answered my questions, was very tidy, changed it in the driveway. It couldn’t have been easier! And was covered by insurance.

Sept 18: Insurance replacement for a Tesla windshield. Called and had them change to an OEM windshield. Appointment was scheduled for 9AM Friday morning. Arrived at location at 845 AM. Told the windshield would not be here until next Tuesday and need to schedule it then. No call, no text. Sept 25 Follow up: I still have not heard back. I called the corporate main line last Friday. I was assured they were working on it and they would call be back by next business day. Still no call back. Oct 1 Follow up: Reached out to Geico insurance with same information to get something moving. Still no contact from local office or corporate office. GEICO got me direct contact to customer service. I sat on hold for 40 minutes while they called and emailed the shop manager. They could not get anyone. It was escalated to the regional quality manager who is supposed to reach back out in 24-48 hours.
