- FAFarhad AhmadiMay 22, 20261.0The worst mechanic I have ever seen in my eight years of trucking experience. When I entered the shop, they were very nice and smiling, but suddenly in the middle of the work, one of the mechanics with longer hair hurriedly opened the truck door and took the keys, then few moments later he came back and said that 2 lug nuts were damaged while replacing the tire. Since this is common I said okay, then install two new lug nuts then! He answered loudly with unprofessional attitude and said, "Go talk to the office." When I went to the office, the lady said, "We don't have the lug nuts ." I said, "Order them." No, if I order them, they will arrive in 3 days, while the dealer and fleet pride locations were only 7-9 miles away. I said, "This is a DOT Violation to drive with missing 2 lug nuts!!! She said i know but we don’t have the lug nuts Pay the money quickly, because we are closing now !!! The time was 2 pm. I left the shop went to select truck bought the lug nuts and called them if they install them, they never picked up the phone. I don’t recommend this location because they don’t take care of the customers as they supposedly. They get your money and leave you with on the road. Don’t ever go there

They serviced our breaks, lights, wiring, grease wheel bearing and all around safety checks. These guys are awesome! Office / dispatch was professional and helpful. They responding quickly. Tech was knowledgeable and very efficient. Price for all the work they did was fair. Great company.
