    The shop manager wanted me to drive truck with illegal front tire issues and I had flat spots,bite plugs iland line cuts in the passenger tire. This was a serious problem that needed attention. DOT law is that a driver cannot have cuts or bite plugs in the steer tires and the bite plugs do not have to be real deep for tires to be in violation.. I had to beg shop manager to replace both tires and this was sad.. I don't want to use this Penske again and I rather not go back if I have new DOT issues.

    It was great to have the truck available at the last minute. I moved my daughter from one state to the other. It was a five hour drive with heavy traffic. Traffic was stop and go. It took off nicely but the steering whell shook profusely. However, when we got ready to return the truck in the final state, while fueling at the gas station, we noriced the tread on the front tire was beautiful and could hold a coin!!! Yet, when we turned the wheels the inner tires was bald and showing wires.
