  I loved the entire experience. Friendly and attentive staff, my rental car was spotless and cleaned to perfection. The car was a smooth drive, no complaints at all. I will choose National again. Thank you.

  Trim piece was coming off the A pillar, far from the standard setup you expect with an emerald aisle and an executive aisle.

  Normally I have a great experience renting from national all over the country. In this instance they did not meet my needs. I required a midsize truck which I reserved in advance. Upon arrival I was told that there were no midsize trucks, but that I could have a full size truck or an suv. That's not acceptable, as an executive member who rented over 170 days last year and almost a hundred days this year part of that perk package is guaranteed availability. I would understand if it were a specific make or model that I wanted and they didn't have, but to flat out not have a rental tier that I reserved is not good. Overall I would recommend them if you just need a quick rental car as the process is usually hassle free and the rentals are very clean, in this instance though they failed. Edit: changed to 2 stars because they worked with me as well as they could.

  Worst experience ever. Given a car with a broken antenna. I had no FM radio for 3 days. I kept trying to deal with customer service. They said I was on my own and complain when you get to your destination in 3 days and ask for free money. I told them, I don't want the money. I asked them to hook up my Sirius and she said she would not because I would be charged for it. They then told me to drive 4 hours (8 Hour round trip) out of my way to exchange the car. The manager from Chatanooga called and was nice and apologetic and said he would give me a free day rental. He said it would be added to my the following day. 4 Days later still nothing. More lies.

  I was just told by enterprise on Lee highway that this location does not have phones. You will not be able to talk to a local representative unless you drive to the airport.
