  Streamlined experience, and no wasted time. National has things figured out. Even as lots is automated, there are still helpful, cheerful people manning the pickup and drop off areas who help make it feel like I’m renting from people and not a computer program. Great work y’all. Keep it up.

  Upon arrival was told there is no cars, had to wait 30 minutes, in 100 degree heat, clueless no brains what so ever.. I asked what is the reservation for???. Yet they did had cars but it would not dispatch them, even if you are executive member, people on site are useless, I guess the business is too good for them, I will never rent at the location with national.

  Normally, I rent from National for personal and business, and normally it’s not an issue however, on this visit we had a vehicle that was a 2026 with less than 3000 miles air air-conditioning go out on it on a 90° weather which caused a three hour turnaround time for us to return the vehicle and get back to where we were at. Disappointing that this happened. I’m sure National will go out of their way to make it right.

  Rude and robotic customer service by a young fellow at the garage kiosk. Despite being a long time corporate customer and it being our preferred agency, I cancelled my reservation on the spot and went over to the Avis for a positive customer service interaction and a better truck at half the cost. $300 vs &800!!!!! 0 stars.

  I’ve rented from National Car Rental in Chattanooga every week for quite some time now, picking up on Monday and returning on Friday, and I can honestly say this is the best rental car location I've ever worked with. The customer service is truly unmatched. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. There is one gentleman in particular who helps me almost every Monday, and his level of customer service deserves recognition. He knows I love renting a Jeep Wrangler when one is available, and more often than not, he has my key ready and waiting when I walk up to the counter. That may sound like a small thing, but it's the kind of personal attention that makes a real difference. This week has been especially difficult for me personally, and showing up today to find him there with my Wrangler key ready was probably one of the only moments today that was able to bring a smile to my face. Knowing I can count on that consistency, kindness, and professionalism each week makes a bigger impact than they probably realize. The entire team at this location consistently provides exceptional service, and they make every rental experience easy and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive here and would highly recommend the Chattanooga National Car Rental location to anyone looking for a company that genuinely values its customers!
