  First time having tires installed at Goodyear and have to say I enjoyed it. Ther service was fast and well done. Would recommend.

  I’ve been coming to the shop on Lee Highway for over 10 years. Mostly maintenance on all our family vehicles. We recently purchased a 2015 Four Runner. I heard the front brakes squeak a few times at red lights and some pulsing. I assumed I needed new brakes and possibly rotors too. I was going out of town in a few days and had no time to do it myself. Their mechanic evaluated the brakes and saw a 50% plus pad and no damage to the rotors. They explained the issue related to Toyota design and we did not need any brakes. Elencis the manager and his team had the opportunity to sell me a brake job that was not needed. I would have trusted them and never known I had been treated unethically. However, Elencis, Lamont, Todd and the team were honest and treated me honestly. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of service or maintenance. They will only meet you with honesty.

  Very happy with the service I received at Goodyear. Lamont explained everything to me and showed me labor estimates for each service I needed performed. I’ll be back the next time my Yukon needs additional service.

  My car has only been to this location and before last weekend, I would have suggested everyone go. Went in for brakes. Left with my car out of alignment, a broken tire sensor, and scrubbing, barely stopping brakes. Waiting for resolution to see if Corporate GoodYear makes it right. Either way DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION and I'm riding around until another GY can get me in for an "inspection".

  Was in town for a concert and had several hours before the show so I decided to get some car maintenance done and chose this Goodyear because it was close to my hotel-- and I was so glad I did! My service was completed quickly and at a fair price and my car was delivered to me on time as promised, even with the additional work of addressing some safety issues found on inspection. My crash assist had been malfunctioning for several months and they tried to fix it as well but did not have the calibration equipment. However, whatever they did worked, because after driving about fifty miles my lane assist started going off and I noticed the warning lights were gone. Elencis was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed during every step of the service. He even went to the trouble to look up where a Goodyear was located near my hometown so I could take advantage of the tire rotation service for my new tires. My car drove like a dream on the way home. Prior to this service, I had seriously considered trading my car in since it had so many problems-- this shop got me back on the road with confidence in my vehicle again.
