  We have used this business for years and have loved the service and friendliness they provided. However, there is a new manager. We just had our first experience with him. When we dropped off our car he was incredibly rude. I assumed it was just an off day, but the day we picked the car back up it was even worse. He was condescending when I asked clarifying questions about what was wrong with my car. Maybe it is because I’m a female, or maybe he is just rude to all customers, I’m not sure. But the way he treated me was completely inappropriate and definitely not how to build a business that makes people want to come back. I’m sad it’s in his hands now, because we have had a longstanding relationship with this place.

  I don’t trust the new people working there. Went in for breaks, they put on new rotors without calling me and telling me that I need new rotors. Old grey haired guy with a beard was rude and disrespectful to my wife when she brought her truck in. We’ve been using them for years and now that Steve is gone the service is down hill. IMO the people who replaced him are snakes

  Went here to get an alignment, and I left the shop with it pulling hard to the right. Went back a couple days later and they said that they couldn’t fix it because they were too busy which is understandable. Then a came in not too long after and I brought my father with me, because as being a girl I know mechanic shops like to take advantage.. they proceeded to tell me that they can’t see me once again. Then the guy at the front desk says to my father, she may have hit a curb after leaving… like no y'all just didn’t do it right.. so I don’t recommend going to this place. Also when they did my alignment it took them almost 3 hours to begin with… I sat in the waiting area the whole time and one of the staff had said something inappropriate and the other guy was yelling at him telling him to keep his voice down and to not say that with me there. This place is a joke.

  I have been coming here for many years. Steve and the guys are always super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great work at a fair price
