  Went to express by Northgate mall to get my free on recharged. Took about 2 hours for the whole process, and after I paid $500 they informed me that my radiator fan is not working so my car won’t blow cold air. If you have any problems that require a real mechanic to work on your car, please allow express to focus on oil changes bc that seems to be all they are able to do.

  I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is always 10 out of 10 and they genuinely go above and beyond. The team is always respectful to customers and to one another. I would come here before I would go anywhere else because I fully trust them. If its something they can't do, it's not because they dont want to. It's because it's out of their control. So thankful for this location 🙏 🙌

  I’ve been coming here for years with both my current vehicle and my previous vehicle for oil changes. Everyone is always super friendly, and the service is always quick. Today, Austin was especially helpful and kept me informed on all that was going on.

  I took in my car last minute on 6/18/2026 at 4:52pm after a catastrophic brake line failure on the driver side. As a customer, I relied on their professional expertise to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive, and I trusted them when they said the issue had been fixed. They repaired the driver's side but failed to recommend or even mention replacing the passenger's side. Just three days later the passenger side brake line failed completely. I had to blindly fly into a turn with absolutely no brakes, putting myself and my family in extreme danger. This forced me to pay for a tow and take the vehicle to a different mechanic to actually get the problem fixed correctly. I called to try and get a partial refund, and the manager claimed they did recommend replacing both sides, which they absolutely did not. I would have gladly paid to replace both sides if they had given me the option. I know how critical brakes are. They refused to take responsibility for the danger they put us in and only offered me a "deal" on an oil change or small maintenance work. I obviously do not trust them to touch my car ever again. If you value your safety, go anywhere else.

  I’ve been coming to this location for over 25 years. They have always been kind, helpful, and done a great job! I’ve never had a bad experience! Highly recommend!
