My wife had brand new rear brake pads and rotors replaced from the dealership back in January, but the front ones were still making some noise. So she asked express oil change to just check her brakes while doing an oil change not telling them the backs have already been done. Long story short they told her she needs all four pads and rotors quoting her almost 1200. I go somewhere else for a second opinion and they said back pads are brand new all you need is the fronts done. So express oil change on gunbarrel was trying to take advantage of my wife and sell her something she doesn’t need. So PLEASE BE CAREFUL if you use these people. They will ROB you.

I don’t know much about pricing here vs other spots but I’ve never been uncomfortable or felt taken advantage of. Someone even drove my car for me to try and identify a weird sounds I kept hearing - for no extra charge. No matter which employees I’ve interacted with over those 7 years - they never let me down! I still try my best to go to them after moving out of the Hamilton Place area two years ago!
