  I rented a van that came out dirty with bugs all over the windshield I asked them to wash it again it still came out unsatisfactory and did not even have a quarter tank of gas in it the left front tire had to be aired up daily the van was recalled and I could not get it changed out at eight different stores as I was getting emailed and text messages every day to take the van in very unusually bad experience with this rental and I still have not been able to even get an invoice which they told me I could get at any Enterprise Outlet they all said they could not give me one even though I turned in the van I still have not got an invoice

  Made a reservation for Saturday at noon. Get there a few minutes after and they are closed. The guy said “can’t help because our systems are timed out”. Why allow me to make a reservation that says pick up is when your systems time off? None of my reservation info says “pick up by noon”. It all says “at noon” which would be just in time for their system to shut off assuming that is even true.

  Enterprise was quick and professional! I strongly recommend the damage waiver. As soon as we boarded the interstate a rock broke the windshield. They were super nice about it! Strongly recommend this location over the Airport Rd. or Chapman.

  So unprofessional. Absolutely chaotic and all confused. We were informed we needed my license and my debit card because it was a Tennessee license. I drive there to help my husband and we do the entire process. Mind you - they saw my debit card and said it was fine. We get to the end to pay, someone else takes over and says they can’t use my debit card and actually need a credit card. Wasted an hour of our time. My husband missed his work appointment. I missed my work appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

  The worst experience ever the day before I was supposed to pick up my car I was informed that my debit card can’t be used because it’s a pre paid card. I needed that car so bad. Thank you enterprise for messing up my whole weekend that had planned in advance. I came to the office in person last month to ask directly if they accepted my card and I was told yes they do. Doesn’t make no damn sense that I had the money for the car but I couldn’t get it because of a damn pre paid car.
