I’m not gonna say everybody wasn’t nice because they were but we were lied to constantly almost 4 hours to get our car done Oh, it’s only gonna be 30 minutes. Oh 10 more minutes. Oh, they’re filling out the oil tag and then another hour. Don’t lie to me tell me my car is gonna take forever lots of people come in watch people leave. We had an appointment appointment means your car gets done when you have an appointment.

Lucas Weir met me at my car, walked with me to the desk to review the appointment details, set expectations, after the inspection he found me in the waiting area to explain the findings and cost. When the task were completed, he gathered me from the waiting area, completed the payment process and walked me to the car insuring everything was in order. Nice to see full professionalism in action.

Lucas Weir was my tech rep for new tires. I was not happy a tire had two nails in it, and it could not be repaired. I ended up buying four new tires due to low tread on the old tires. I could not afford the cost of the new tires but bought them due to Lucas' thorough explanation.
A few months later I was driving from Florida to Tennessee in an ice storm, and I thought about how thankful I was for Lucas being patient with me (a 71-year-old widow), and that I had purchased four new tires for my Subaru Outback. I said a prayer thanking God for taking care of me. I made it home safely.
