Ronecia, I had an amazing experience working with this car saleswoman! I went in knowing that my credit wasn’t the best, and I honestly wasn’t sure if I would be able to get approved or find a vehicle that worked for me. From the very beginning, she treated me with respect, patience, and kindness. She went above and beyond to work with my situation and made sure I understood my options every step of the way. She never made me feel judged because of my credit, and she genuinely took the time to help me find the best option possible. Her customer service was exceptional, and she truly made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive. I am extremely grateful for all of her hard work, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her customers and will do everything she can to help, I highly recommend her. She deserves 5 stars for her outstanding customer service and professionalism!
