  We sold our RV to Camping World Chattanooga and had the opportunity to work with Lori to set everything up and execute the sale. She made the transaction seamless, and after discussing the sale, it was all completed within two days meeting our timeline to move into our new house in Chattanooga. Thus the five star rating is a reflection on Lori as the ambassador for Camping World Chattanooga.

  Tyson was great! Made sure we were taken care of while trading in our camper for a new one. Gave us his cell for any questions we may have and actually answered when we needed anything.

  Worst place ever for service. This place is an absolute JOKE! Trailer has been back twice for same issue on AC unit. Dropped it off September 25 to have AC unit warranty and swapped along with changing the tankless hot water system. You do not get updates, you call or text Jeremy he will not respond but shows messages have been read. A month into them having trailer I asked for update and said they have been covered up and I understand that so replied no rush just checking. Was told we will have you finished up by end of week. Never finished! Now getting into the cold winter months and I asked if it was complete and if my trailer was winterized…. No reply! Months later checked in again and was told they were waiting to hear from trailer manufacturers( which manufacturer said the could not reach Jeremy which I believe neither could I) on where to get the hot water heater again incompetence shows… first thing for 1 when you google that system tells you Lowe’s! Another excuse to not be finished! Now we are in April 26 8 MONTHS LATER!! Still not complete so I go and get the dang water heater myself and drop it in the trailer. Go to pick ul the trailer after telling them I have to have it for a trip water heater still laying in same spot not touched. Along with that my trailer is now dead due to them leaving water pump running with no water! I also asked again when I picked up trailer “was my trailer winterized” answer was yes everything in yard. Get home hook to water and power and the AC unit that “was replaced” still not working and every water line in the unit froze and busted and of course no response from Jeremy! So with 8 months of unit sitting In the lot nothing was fixed and everything else broken by them including my shower that was perfect condition when dropped off! I would never ever recommend this joke of a business!!

  Jessica in the service department was top notch. We unfortunately needed a new roof on our camper, and after many calls we got ahold of Jessica here at camping world. She was able to quickly provide a quote over the phone (which our final invoice was $200 less than her high end of the quote.) We dropped the camper off on Tuesday evening, and had a text on Friday morning that it was ready. When I came to pick up the camper, Jessica and her team were happy to accommodate my request for a ladder so I could see the new roof. The workmanship looks top tier. To top it off, they vacuumed the inside of the trailer and washed the exterior. Tire shine was a nice touch! I did not get the pleasure to meet the technician who did this job, but I hope someone lets them see this as well. To the technician: Thank you!
