  Lord where do I begin 😩 this office is ran by incompetent individuals, who do not either care about the job or just clueless. They need retraining or fired and maybe try McDonald's, atleast there were are ready for the wrong information! The financial department is lacking, for a nice way of putting it. None of the departments talk to each other . So your given the incorrect information then they want to add things to an already agreed upon deal! We went in last Sunday to see a camper . Loved it we knew we would get a bad interest rate so we went through our credit agency. Was approved that same day . We called the sales lady Penny which is amazing 👏 im sad she works there with sub par humans . Anyway. We told them that it would be going through navy federal. We didn't get any rebuttal was told great! Well come today we go to take our check in which was a draft check . They took it we signed what we needed to and gave them the check. We leave about and hour later now mind you was drove 3 hours ! To get there . They tell us we cant except a draft check from the credit union. Ok they said we can take a cashier's check. So we drive back to get the check so we can fix it for thing Monday morning. Nothing was said . Then we get a text after hours 🙄 that came from Chris .that said sorry , I talked to my boss and we can't except anything from navy credit except a wire transfer. Well they do do wire transfers locally unless it's under a special circumstances. . They wait a week and let us drive 3 hours away to what exactly?? Not know how to do your job! Bottom line . They lie and have no idea what correct information to give out none of them . The whole office needs fired!!! Watse of of space. Please get decent people who want to work and know what their doing ! And better yet don't buy from them ! Save yourself the time and the head ache .

  We found a camper we absolutely loved! 1. We were very clear we would be financing with our bank....boy did they try hard to get us to finance with them. When requested documents be sent to the bank, they were incorrect...3 different times. 2. Very clear we would have an independent inspection done prior to completion of purchase. They tried to talk us out of doing that. 3. Requested to have a washer and dryer put in. No problem...might need a small deposit we were told...but no one ever called us to get it. Continued to follow up each day and got numerous different answers depending on who we talked to. Finally told a week later, after following up daily, that the order had not been put in and we would need to pay in full prior to the install. Why didn't we get told this a week ago! It was clear they have poor communication between departments which made us worried. If they are this bad to deal with prior to purchase, we knew we couldn't rely on them for anything post sale. Finally had enough and cancelled the deal...but they refused to refund our $500 deposit. Avoid at all costs.

  ⭐ 1 STAR — BUYER BEWARE This was by far the worst experience we have ever had trying to purchase a “new” camper. We drove 2 hours to Camping World Chattanooga to purchase what we had been told was a BRAND-NEW 2026 37RVMILES. When we arrived, it was immediately obvious that this camper had been used and was absolutely not in the condition we expected from something being sold to us as new. We found water leaking onto the floor, empty chip bags in the trash can, a ripped foam piece over the door handle, a cracked cabinet door, rust on the floor, and a badly scratched kitchen table. We were then told that employees had been using the camper to take breaks, eat, and keep food in the refrigerator. In other words, the “brand-new” camper we had driven two hours to purchase had been used by employees. Even more concerning was the water we found inside. Based on what we observed, we were concerned there could be a leak and possible water damage near the rear wall by the sun deck. Needless to say, we were not willing to purchase it. What made the experience even worse was the response. We did not feel there was any genuine concern about the condition of the camper, our wasted trip, or keeping our business. We did not receive the customer service or apology we expected after making a two-hour drive based on how this camper had been represented to us. We had heard the Camping World horror stories before, but unfortunately, this experience gave us one of our own. If you are considering the 2026 37RVMILES currently at Camping World Chattanooga, INSPECT IT VERY CAREFULLY before purchasing it. Look closely for signs of water intrusion and damage, and do not assume “new” means it has been sitting untouched. We walked away without the camper, and based on this experience, I would not recommend Camping World Chattanooga. BUYER BEWARE.

  Where to start. Positive statement first: Our salesman Gary was great. Past that it has been so very unpleasant. 45 items that need to be fixed on our new Keystone Raptor 415 camper from the time we pulled it off the lot. We were told our unit was ready to pick-up when we purchased it. That they (service team…aka Ric the head of service, etc) had gone through our unit and it was ready for us to take. We purchased our unit June 23, 2026. Beautiful unit (Raptor 415), but the dealer left glass shards in the shower pan and glass slide trays(I cut my hand from the shards when I was wiping it out-I had no idea it was there due to not knowing the glass shower doors had been broken), the railing that goes around the toy hauler ramp when folded out, almost fell on us when folding it out because the dealer was ask to adjust this and left the bolts out/plus the hinge was damaged by someone and this was never brought to our attention. I had the dealer put slide toppers on the unit slide outs, which they messed this up at the sofa slide out. The topper is not installed correctly (slide topper not aligned correctly and causes the slide to bind when going in plus the bar that goes into the bracket has approximately 6-8" on one side and a small amount on the other, they will say it is because of the awning, but they never brought this to my attention or i would have decided to go with a small options on the topper), the gauges for the grey/black tanks do not read correctly, because the dealer didn’t winterize the unit correctly, which we were told the unit was new and had been gone through, they cut the black underbelly to drain water from it(didn’t find this out until we drove it off the lot and just happen to notice something hanging under it)…..I could go on and on. They send an email saying they will buy back the camper and if it is not the best offer they will pay 1000.00 to us. Never have heard back about this. I am sure like all the other post, they will apologize. All I can say is, the apology you are about to give is not enough. We, the consumer trust you. Your word means nothing outside of action. Your attempt to fix an item here or there is not professionalism by all means. I have had to get Keystone involved to fix the damage. Please wish me luck. The last advice I can give is please be ever so selective when purchasing. I would definitely not do this again. I would buy used. At least you know what you’re getting.

  SO many FAKE reviews! People seriously get your heads of the sand!! Wish they allowed ZERO! Our experience with Camping World Chattanooga was appalling—and we have the manager’s conduct on video. Before traveling, we provided the inspection report, multiple photos and videos for our Class A trade-in and were told the numbers were concrete. Camping World took possession of our motorhome, we drove approximately four hours and waited another two, and then they attempted to reduce the trade value using conditions already disclosed in the inspection report. When we refused the changed terms, management initially refused to return our Class A and keys. The manager mocked us, behaved outrageously, and threatened us with trespass while continuing to withhold our vehicle. We were left outside in nearly 100-degree heat, police assistance was requested, and Steve Fogle eventually had to order the dealership to return our motorhome to the pickup location. In my opinion, this conduct raises serious concerns involving deceptive inducement, attempted bait-and-switch practices, coercive control over consumer property, and unfair or deceptive business practices under the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act. Management is shameless, taking no accountability, zero professionalism or shame in how they treat their customers. It's a used car salesman mentality throughout this whole company! Although our $1,000 Chattanooga deposit appears to have been refunded, that does not excuse what occurred. Corporate should investigate the recorded conduct of this manager, Steve Fogle’s supervision, and why his teams believed this treatment of customers was acceptable. I would strongly warn others against trusting this dealership with their vehicle, keys, or trade-in.
