Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Appointments are not necessary at our facility. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis during our business hours. Simply visit our location, and we will accommodate your vehicle as soon as a service bay becomes available.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
Our facility is located at 71 Eastgate Loop, Chattanooga, TN 37411, conveniently situated near Eastgate Mall. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We remain closed on weekends and major holidays.

We provide comprehensive automotive services including general repairs and diagnostics (check engine lights, electrical issues, belts, hoses, oil leaks), routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, fluid exchanges, tire rotation/balancing), and specialized services for brakes, cooling systems, steering, suspension, air conditioning, and batteries. All services are backed by our 1-year/12,000-mile warranty covering both parts and labor.
Do you honor manufacturer warranties?
We can perform all routine maintenance services while preserving the manufacturer's warranty. However, specific warranty repair work must be completed at an authorized dealership.
Can I have my car serviced at Blackwell Automotive while it is still under warranty?
Absolutely. We complete all recommended factory services according to Toyota, Lexus, Honda, and Infiniti maintenance schedules without unnecessary additional services, ensuring your original warranty remains intact.

What should I expect while I wait?
Our facility offers a comfortable waiting environment with two distinct lounges: one equipped with television entertainment and another designated as a quiet area for reading or working. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee and hot cocoa, soft drinks, snacks, EPB cable television, magazines, comfortable seating, computer workstations, and an outdoor area with shade and picnic tables.
