My car broke down on my way home and luckily I barely made it to the parking lot. Melvin went above and beyond with diagnosing the issue and changing the necessary belt for me - my husband and I were both very impressed he was willing to offer this service and did not charge for it. I was back on the road within minutes and I can’t thank you all enough. 10/10 customer service and knowledge.

Melvin, the store manager, provided exceptional customer service during my visit. I came in needing assistance after having my windshield wipers installed incorrectly elsewhere, which caused ongoing issues. Melvin took the time to help me find the best fit for my vehicle and even installed them himself. After installation, he noticed they were still not positioned correctly and went the extra mile to manually adjust them to ensure they worked properly. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a tremendous difference, especially after I had replaced the wipers three times within the last two months. I truly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer care.

Today my wife went by and got her battery replaced after her 1 year old battery from that location had died. They warrantied it and immediately after it locked up her electronic power steering. I was out of town and could not get there to help. She immediately went back and asked them to fix it because it was obviously an issue with her newly replaced battery. They first told her to go to a shop and that they couldn’t help. Once she explained that the issue was their fault he told her they would look at it when they “got caught up with the rest of their work” what!?? Their own mistake that they wouldn’t fix. Finally he came and reinstalled the battery and when I spoke to him on the phone he laughed at my wife. Not professional or helpful. I have a feeling if I was there he would have worked harder for me. He took this situation as a joke.
