- JWJoy WellsJun 29, 20261.0STAY AWAY. This shop installed standard passenger-car tires on my heavy-duty truck instead of the mandatory Load Range E commercial tires. Because of their negligence, the internal steel belts snapped. We have been traveling on the highway with our 43ft camper, putting my family in severe, life-threatening danger. The soft passenger tires completely ruined our truck's front end, causing over $9,300 in suspension damage. The owners (John and David Garner) are completely ignoring my emails and refusing to take accountability for this dangerous mistake. A formal complaint has been filed with the BBB and the federal government (NHTSA). Do not trust them with your family's safety.

My car has been making worrisome noises for a couple days and with the snow and ice I didn’t want to chance it. I wasn’t able to drop off to them due to my work schedule and the kids being out of school. Not only did they send someone to pick up my car for me; they fixed the issue free of charge (missing bolt in the control arm) and brought it back to me. This is the type of kindness and business I can gladly support. They gained a customer today. ☺️
