Do not take your car to be repaired here! They did not communicate to us at all on the status of our truck. We had to call for updates and were told it would be ready 4 different times. The truck was there for rear repairs that should’ve been fairly easy to fix. Our truck was there 6 WEEKS! No apologies no concern terrible customer service!

I rarely leave negative reviews because I know what it’s like to own a business and work with the public. I understand that delays happen and that some things are outside of anyone’s control, so I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my experience with Wallace Collision Center fell far short of my expectations. They had my vehicle for two months for a repair that should have taken no more than a couple of weeks - if that. To make matters more frustrating, I actually took my vehicle to the shop about a month before I dropped it off for repairs so they could inspect it and order the necessary parts ahead of time. I was told they would pre-order everything so the repair process would go as smoothly as possible. Instead, after my vehicle had already been there for weeks, I was told the liftgate they received was the wrong one. Then I was told the correct part through Honda was on backorder with no estimated arrival date. When I asked if that meant I could potentially be without my vehicle for months, I was told yes. Fortunately, my husband was able to locate the exact part online himself through a Honda dealership within five minutes and gave the shop the information they needed to order it. Had he not done that, I honestly don’t know how much longer my vehicle would have been sitting there. When I was finally told my vehicle was ready, we were leaving for vacation the very next morning. They asked what time I needed to pick it up so they could have it cleaned and ready to go. I told them I needed it by lunchtime, and I was told, “No problem.” I actually didn’t arrive until after lunch, giving them even more time to finish everything. After driving an hour home, I discovered the wheel had not been replaced and the Odyssey nameplate had not been reinstalled. When I called, I was told that if I had waited until they called me to pick up the vehicle, they would have had time to catch those issues. That explanation didn’t make sense to me because they had already told me it would be ready by the time I requested, and I actually picked it up later than that. The vehicle should have been fully completed and inspected before I was told to come get it. Because of this, I had to take time out of another day after returning from vacation to drive back so they could finish work that should have been completed before the vehicle was released. I understand that not every delay is within a shop’s control, but the lack of communication, the excessive repair time, having to locate a critical part ourselves, and then receiving an incomplete repair made this an incredibly disappointing experience. I chose this shop because I expected professionalism, communication, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of those expectations.

My Lucid Air Grand Touring suffered a fractured windshield. I had to shop around to find a shop that would actually be able to calibrate the replacement. I was really pleased to find Wallace Collision. Their pricing was fair and the service/staff are all the best. The tech was transparent with me and the work quality was great. I highly recommend.

I had high hopes after seeing some good things online, but my actual experience was pretty frustrating. The repair took much longer than I was originally told, and I felt like I had to chase them down just to get an update on my car. When I finally got it back, it didn't look like they had finished all the work properly, so I had to make another trip back to get it sorted out. It was just a lot more stress and hassle than I wanted to deal with for a repair shop.
