  Kyler and Bill are a dynamic duo! Kyler nailed the estimate and Bill is a magician in the body shop. Car looks better than new and they even delivered it to me.

  I had an absolutely horrific experience with Wallace Collision and would strongly recommend that others think twice before trusting them with their vehicle. My car was in their shop for approximately three months to repair what I originally understood to be a dent. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told that additional parts were damaged, that parts were delayed, and that the damage was much more extensive than what I had initially been told. I was also given multiple dates when I was told my car would be ready, only to have those dates come and go without my vehicle being completed. What was especially concerning to me was the amount ultimately billed to my insurance company for the repairs. Based on my experience and the explanations I was given throughout the process, the scope and cost of the repairs left me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about how the claim was handled. I cannot personally determine whether anything improper occurred, but I believe the circumstances raise serious questions. The lack of communication, repeated delays, changing explanations, and the amount of time my vehicle was kept were incredibly frustrating. Three months for what I originally understood to be a dent repair was completely unacceptable to me. I was also disappointed to learn that they do not accept personal checks and charge a 3% fee for paying by credit card, which was another unexpected frustration at the end of an already terrible experience. I am sharing my experience because I would hate for another customer to go through what I did. I would not use Wallace Collision again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

  We are so grateful for Wallace Collision Center and especially Kyler! Our car was T-boned about a month ago while our daughter, who attends college in North Carolina, was driving it. We live in Colorado and had no idea where to have the car taken, which added to an already stressful situation. The car was initially considered repairable, but the team’s more detailed inspection revealed much more damage than originally thought. Although they ultimately weren’t able to repair our car, the care and communication we received were exceptional. Kyler gave me his cell number so I could text him with questions, and he was responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. Having someone we could count on while handling everything from out of state gave us tremendous peace of mind. Thank you, Kyler, for making a difficult situation easier. We’re grateful we found Wallace Collision Center and that our paths crossed with you!

  I exclusively interfaced with Kyler--and he was fantastic at communication and discussing the process and whether or not to use insurance on my collision damage on my Cybertruck. They were efficient with the repair and detailed the truck after they were done--so it was looking better post service than when I dropped it off. The work was very solid--not flawless, but if you didn't know where to look one would never know. I would go back and I would feel comfortable recommending to any Tesla owners.

  Kyler from Wallace collision center was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable when it came to fixing my Tesla and dealing with the insurance. He really was a lifesaver. He fixed everything we asked and handed our car over nice and clean. I cannot say enough about our experience with Wallace collision center other than I would use them 100% again without hesitation And I will continue to be a customer. Thank you so much for open communication, transparency, and professionalism.
