  There's not enough good things to say about Toyota of bristol. This dealership did an outstanding job. Brad, the sales manager put numbers together for me. I had everything I needed.So I could make my decision before going there. There was absolutely no high pressure. I accomplish my goal. If you wanna buy a new vehicle, do not want high pressure. Want a team to work with you?That is carrying an understanding. This is the place to go. They are your best choice in east tennessee. As far as toyota dealerships go. Most my cars now, I buy online because of time. A lot of dealerships have not gotten with the program. All they want is to get you in the door to high pressure. You not the case with bristol. If you do go in there, make sure to ask for John. He's an excellent salesperson in also not afraid to go the extra mile. The finance experience was wonderful too.There was no high pressure, making me get aftermarket.Things that I did not want. So if you are in the market for a newer used car, this is the dealership

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, and I can’t recommend Logan enough. From the moment my mom and I arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcomed—like family. He was attentive to our needs, answered every question with honesty, and never made us feel pressured at any point in the process. That made a huge difference, especially as a first-time finance buyer. Keith in finance was just as reliable and easy to work with. He walked me through everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and confident with each step. Together, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this was a fantastic first-time buying experience, and I’m really grateful for the care and professionalism both Logan and Keith showed. I highly recommend Toyota of Bristol, and Logan R.

  Logan was outstanding. He took time to listen to what I wanted. He found the vehicle I asked for, even though it was a little dirty, I didn't mind. He took the time to help, even though I wasn't going to buy today.

  I told the guy at the parts department two times I needed four washers to do a transmission and differential service on my car and even after that he came back with only three washers for my drain and fill plugs. Idk how you can work in parts an not know there's a drain and fill plug on the transmission and differential. Now I'm stuck going back for a single $3 washer because the parts guy can't do his job. Not sure why he can't just give me what I asked for the first time. Was thinking maybe he knows something I don't and there was no fill plug on the tranny and maybe went through dipstick tube, but there certainly is a fill plug and parts guy should know that. Can't help be feel like he did it on purpose. Thank you for wasting my time and money Ron. Probably my fault for trusting without verifying. Will never get a shiny red cent from me again. This behavior is probably okay for the business because diy maintenance only hurts their bottom dollar
