Took my hybrid Camry to get serviced and when they were finished they had completely scraped and cracked my front left bumper. They didn't mention that they did this at all when I came to get the car— I noticed it once I got it home. After I brought it to their attention they owned up to it and said they would fix it. Had to have my car in the shop for three days and the only loaner vehicle they could give me was a gas guzzling Toyota Tacoma that cost me $45 to fill up after 3 days of use. Terrible service, will never be using this location again for the sheer negligence and poor customer service.

Ron Walsh is an honest salesman. I asked him many questions...alot of them I already knew the answer to based on my own research. If any reader did their own research and then went to talk with Ron Walsh, they too would find he is very honest. For me, as I'm sure for most people, buying a vehicle can be stressful. Ron Walsh's integrity level eases that stress.
Toyota as a brand sells itself. They have a very high reputation for reliability and low depreciation...therefore Toyotas hold their value very well. That being said, a person who is straight with you can make the difference in choice of brand.
Toyota of Bristol dealership is very clean, staff are pleasant and welcoming, yet alow you to look around some before coming out to talk to you. Ron Walsh was relaxed and calm; which was nice when you are in "just looking" mode.
Finely, the financing office was a positive experience. I found their warenty packages to have a logical setup.
Thank you so much Ron for all your assistance with me making a quality decision based on my interests and needs.
Go and talk with Ron Walsh before making a final decision on a vehicle. I for one was very impressed with my entire experience. Ron Walsh was a huge factor in my final decision.
Thanks Ron and Toyota of Bristol !!!

I took my 2022 Toyota Prius in for it’s 60,000 mile service and had an appointment. This service took Toyota of Bristol three hours to complete. The time to complete this service is totally unacceptable and cost $244.39. Oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter and a few simple odds and ins, $244.39 total rip off.
If it wasn’t for my extended warranty I would have had this done at a local shop.
Too many employees sitting around playing on their phones, hopefully management or owners can correct this for the sake of your customers.

I just want others to know I took my tundra in about a week ago for an oil change and tire rotation, after getting home I noticed all rims still dusty with brake dust and no fingerprints, well this week I took my Tacoma in for same service and I intentionally marked my drivers front tire with a white stripe , now when they check your vehicle in they take photos all around your vehicle to protect themselves, at the end of service I went to pick up vehicle and guess what the white stripe was still on driver’s front tire, I told the lady about it and she also has pictures on her tablet that I was right she said she was very sorry and had them rotate it which they just moved the drivers front to the driver rear, which I thought was supposed to be an x pattern on rotation, guess that’s a ase certified employee? Question anyway to the point, I paid for a oil change service with tire rotation that wasn’t done, so be aware of what else that may not being done for your hard earned paid service, where I worked for 30 years our motto is people, product and Service, just be leary and aware of any short cuts done during service that the customer paid for
