We pay monthly and my husband loves it there too he says they are two of them one in Johnson City and near the pinnacle! I like the pinnacle I would definitely recommend Tommy’s Carwash for great service and very helpful service ask for Kiysalvon he is the one who has the great smile 😊

But I normally come here every month to get my car cleaned and washed and just I didn’t like the rudeness and a attitude this kid had
- AAAmbroseApr 18, 20261.0I never leave complaints but I was going there to get my car washed and there was a guy named Preston that suggested I should buy a membership and after I said no he repeated pushed me to get one and then this other guy Lucas also came up to me while I was already talking to Preston and pushed me over and over again to get a membership so I finally gave in. I’m very disappointed in these team members. I don’t think it’s okay that they kept on pushing me until I got a membership.

I asked him to close my mirrors inward and he was basically arguing with me about how he couldn’t do that. I was just really upset about his service skills. The car wash was fine, but I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.
