I just want to emphasize how customer service is lacking in today's world but Mr Brian is proof it still exists. I come from being a GM and have delt with complaints and always felt I went above and beyond and that's exactly what Brian did. His skill level is very high taking care of the customer and if I owned a company and had him working for me I would make sure he was satisfied because he can't be replaced. Thank you Mr Brian for taking a bad experience and turning it into me telling people about the great service you gave us
