Rescheduled in TN and the technician, Shawn, was very helpful. He allowed my appointment to be the last one of the day, showed up on time, and was friendly. I’d give Shawn and his shop 5 stars because the customer service was great; I’m leaving 4 stars simply because the Safelite appt that was canceled in GA during beautiful weather and no one contacting me was inconvenient and frustrating.
