  This is one of the BEST Enterprises I’ve ever rented from. They’re courteous professional & will go above and beyond if they can within their company policies. Really impressed with the overall positive attitudes with the staff!! Appreciate ya’ll!!

  Very nice people easy to do business with.They were helpful to us on the busiest time of the month.I would recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a car.

  When the guy joked and said I was being upgraded to a minivan I was like oh he’s funny. When he told me that was all they had I became a little annoyed. When I saw the size of the vehicle I asked if they had anything else and they told me they were overbooked. So for my 3 day trip I was in a giant vehicle that I felt uncomfortable driving. I drive a small car and the largest thing I’ve ever driven has been a Santa Cruz. I didn’t like how big my vehicle was and I was disappointed they made me take it.

  This is, hands down, the least professional business I have ever interacted with. My wife and I were dropping my brother off to his rental after I had open heart surgery and he had come up to help take care of me. We get there, and they said he cannot use his debit card, it has to be a credit card, because he is out of state. He explains he had used his credit card only at the other Enterprise and then his card info got stolen and false charges were put on it (even though Enterprise was the ONLY place he had used it) so it wasn't active. The guy working (His name was Cade) said "well I dunno what happened, but you can either go get another way to pay, leave, or if you come by at 5:30 I will be done working and we can just settle this in the parking lot." then made a fist and grabbed it with his other hand threateningly. All my brother did was ask why his credit card had only been used at Enterprise then the number was immediately stolen. My brother came over to our car and explained what happened and so my wife went ahead and paid with our credit card because he needed to start home and we didn't have time to look for another place. Well, she went to pay and I could HEAR Cade from inside (I was still sitting in the car because, again, I had just had open heart surgery) yell at my wife that she needed a driver's license. So she came out to the car and we gave it to him, not trying to escalate the situation. This guy was probably in his twenties, had scabs on his knuckles and cauliflower ear from getting in fights, and was actively trying to fight my brother and yell at my wife for literally no reason. He should not be allowed to work with the public if he is going to behave this way, especially considering none of us had done anything to antagonize or escalate the situation. Never using Enterprise again, that's for sure, and pretty disappointed we had to today, but as long as my brother gets home safe that is what matters.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Bristol. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making the rental process easy and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, the service was quick, and the vehicle was clean and ready to go. It’s refreshing to be treated like a valued customer rather than just another transaction. I highly recommend this location and will definitely use them again!
