- JFJT Feeney2 days ago3.0Staff was friendly, but clearly being tasked to push a bunch of extra things when I said I was only there for an oil change. I was third in line and they estimated the wait to be 15 minutes. I was there for almost an hour.
- HAHolly Andress4 days ago3.0Very friendly and fast, however could not get any of the sensors or lights to go off stating that I needed a service update. Some were more willing to help, while the manager wanted to rush me out. Disappointing.

It was fairly busy when I arrived and he continuously checked in letting me know that it wouldn’t be much longer and the status of the vehicles ahead of me. He also gave me valuable info about my interior air filter which I appreciated, letting me know that if my A/C seems sluggish or if there is every a strange smell that’s a good place to look. It was extremely hot out and I never noticed a single employee slow down or look anything but positive. 10/10 experience I will be back!

I pulled up at 630 and wasn’t turned away no attitudes or anything. I have been to the one off bell rd before at the same time due to one turning me away and was so so so rude to me!!! These guys are the best. The manager tonight and his assistant Patrick was great! They didn’t rush because they were way past their closing time or anything. Treated everyone there tonight with respect and kindness!!! Highly recommend this location for your services! I will definitely drive the distance for the service I received here!!! Best Valvoline ever !!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Ty guys
