  The staff was so helpful with an emergency repair of the engine pan of my SUV having fallen off on the interstate. Even though I had no appointment and just managed to get my car there, the staff took my car right away and fixed quickly, got me back on the road. I was so appreciative of their kindness and generosity. I’ll definitely bring my car back when I need collision repair. I would highly recommend!

  I am relocated from NJ and I took someone’s recommendation for Tristar Collision in Brentwood to repair my 1996 SL 320 front bumper. Original paint color is deep burgundy. October the receptionist was professional and helpful each time I dealt with her regarding paperwork and payment. Courtney gave me an honest estimate and came through with what he promised. I told his manager it was a small job but Courtney and October treated my business as if it were a big job! I am very pleased with the color match and the total communication via text at each step of the process by Courtney.

  DO NOT GO HERE!! About a month ago, I went to the dealership nearby to this area, that dealership told me that I would have to go to a body shop. When I asked them who should I go to, they said this place. And that they would be able to fix everything (mechanical & body) no problem. Well, when I showed up saying exactly what the dealership told me, they looked at me like I was crazy. The weirdo with the glasses and dark hair at the front desk was giving me trouble and weird looks cause I said I had to drop it off to go to work, hello?? I'm not a Williamson CO millionaire that can just spend the whole day at the shop having a laugh. So when the man who's office is directly behind the front desk person came out to talk, we walked out to my car, and he had me turn the wheel all the way to the right or whatever to look through the wheel well, saying all this damage is showing with all this terminology he knows I'm not understanding. So all I said was 'I just need to know if you can help me' and he goes prob not'?? What kind of body shop describes all this damage then says good luck for no reason?? I called another location of this same name, that guy in the other location talked to the first one and got back to me saying it's prob gona be 6-7k damage (when the first guy said nothing like that) and to get insurance involved. Well, when it finally got to another body shop actually willing to take a look, the guy running that place couldn't stop laughing when I described what the first one said. Saying he must've been GOD to know all of that just looking through the wheel well. There was literally nothing there. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY ARE AWFUL PEOPLE!!!

  These guys are the best! Very honest and upfront. Set expectations of how long it would take and were right on time. Had one little snafu at the very end, and they handled it seamlessly and even delivered car to my home, so I would not have to make a second trip back to the shop. Jeff and Joel are great guys and the entire staff is very nice and helpful. Small town service and relationship in a big city is hard to find and these guys have it figured out!
