  I took my 2020 Honda Civic LX to this location for a free inspection, tire rotation, and alignment. After several hours, I received a call saying I needed two new tires, which I agreed to purchase. Unfortunately, the experience after that was very disappointing. Immediately after picking up the car, I noticed the steering wheel was off-center while driving straight, and the TPMS light came on right away. I called the store and was told to bring the vehicle back the next day. When I returned, I explained the situation to the store manager and asked if they could: * recheck the alignment on the rack, * confirm everything was aligned properly, * and inspect the TPMS issue. I also noticed that the valve stem caps were missing from the two brand-new tires I had just purchased. When I picked the vehicle up for the second time, the manager simply placed an alignment printout in front of me. When I politely asked whether the sheet was from that day’s recheck, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. I then asked about the missing valve stem caps, and instead of communicating professionally, he laughed, walked away, and silently installed them himself without saying a word. What was most frustrating was the overall lack of communication and customer care throughout the process. During the original appointment, nobody explained the results of the “free inspection,” what was actually inspected, or the general condition of the vehicle. The entire experience felt rushed, dismissive, and poorly handled. A simple tire purchase and alignment should not require two separate visits and repeated follow-up from the customer just to address issues caused immediately after service.

  Outrageous pricing, they wanted $160 to reset TPMS which takes maybe 5 minutes. There are many other tire shops in the area that will install and program sensors for less

  I waited on site more than an hour for an oil change that I had an appointment for. A basic oil change. Finally I went up to the counter and asked how much longer and let them know I’d been waiting an hour already. The guy literally could not give me an answer. Kept throwing out colloquialisms rather than actual time limits. Finally I said my car isn’t in the garage so has it not been started or is it finished. It was in fact done but he needed to call me to make suggestions for added flushes. I told him just the oil change and I’d like to go-10 more min of pandering and I finally get my key. Over an hour after I arrived, with an appointment time, I finally get to leave. Literally nothing extra was done-didn’t even add air to my back tire that I mentioned was lower (they put 4 new tires on last month). I will never go back for an oil change.
