  I do not trust these people anymore from my recent new 4 tires and TPMS package. It is one of those place where you go for a repair and come out of there with multiple other problems that did not exist before. Not coming back or recommend this business for any auto related.

  Good price on an oil change and a free tire rotation and balance. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the waiting area was clean. The service bays were all full but I didn't have to wait that long.. I need more work done and got an estimate (some time in the future) but no hard up-sell. I'll definitely be back.

  There is a reason no one is ever here, I would rather get ran over by a bus then take any vehicle here again. Took it in for an alignment and all my wheels fell out of alignment hard after 500 miles (rear right tire was so toed out the cords showing on the inside) and to add insult to injury the guy that did my alignment took it out on a joyride, I was there and watched him. Good job guys. Go some place else just god not here. I’d rather go to a used tire shop. It would be more useful to use your money as kindling than spend it here.

  Maurice, you sir may have had a bad day, but cursing in front of customers saying GD and yelling all to not honor a WHEEL ALIGNMENT warranty speaks volumes on your behalf. The warranty itself you handed me stated if you change parts using OEM parts for worn suspension equipment, the warranty isn’t voided. But to yell and cuss and make a big scene when a customer is simply talking to you calmly and respectfully, is not a way to treat people. Especially when Jennifer counted 6 cars alone on the account all brought in with the last year. I’ve even worked with you before and had pleasant experiences, but this experience supercedes any past interactions. Jennifer deserves to be GM with how sweet she talks and interacts with people. You are just simply aggressive for no reason.

  I went in to get a diagnosis for my Hyundai Elantra because of a noise several others could not identify.....well low and behold it was told to me it was my front drivers side wheel bearing....now they replaced the other side months ago.....end up quoting me $619.04.....for this side...I just CRIED....this close to the rent being due....I was devastated....I asked to Apply for the Credit Card....only to get denied....but Ms.Jennifer Terry....went above and beyond to help me..and went through ALL the went red tape to get me approved for Financing.....End up being able to get my Car fixed without using my rent money.....Thank-You Jennifer for ALL YOUR HELP.....AND YOUR ABOVE AND BEYOND MEASURES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
