- JCJ. Cohn4 days ago1.0I arrived at 9:22 to pickup my car which had a reservation for 9am. I wasn’t able to leave with my car until 10:29 That’s over an hour to pick up a car! They tried to give me a Corolla when I rented a standard (which is a class up from a Corolla. had to fight to get the car class I rented. I rent from enterprise often, I’d stay away from this location. They are very understaffed. Don’t go to this location unless you want to waste a ton of time waiting. Made me extremely late for my appointment.

- BBBoda BodaMay 4, 20261.0They constantly over book instead of just being upfront and saying they dont have a certain vehicle and then they act like it’s your problem not theirs. How about don’t over book people and list it on the app as unavailable. Worst location in all of nashville.

- EVEmma VillaltaApr 4, 20261.0They don’t answer phones. I couldn’t check in online because they had my old drivers license info and there was no way to update it. I called twice and was on hold for over 20 mins on my second call to let them know I was adding an additional driver and that we were arriving just a few mins after my scheduled pick up time of 12pm. I got there between 1205 and 1209 and they already had lights off, doors locked. Why would picking up at noon be an option if they close at noon? I don’t understand why they stop answering the phones before noon either for a situation like mine where I’m just running a couple of minutes behind. Truly disappointed.
