  Staff was nice, but every vehicle we have rented from this location has been visibly dirty inside, which grossed me out. I now only reserve from the 8th Ave Nashville location where they seem to do a much better job of cleaning their vehicles.

  Our family went out of town the week of the 4th. Jay made sure that we got the exact vehicle we needed. The whole process was quick and efficient. Jay was friendly, kind, and professional. He was a pleasure to work with!

Ann Y. went absolutely above and beyond - she took the time to understand exactly what we needed, applied discounts that genuinely saved us money, and made sure we drove off in the perfect vehicle for our trip. Ann's energy was warm, professional, and attentive from start to finish. She treated us like people, listened carefully, and handled every detail with care. Finding someone in customer service who truly shows up for you the way Ann did feels rare, and we felt it every step of the way.   Our family was in an accident in our enterprise rental vehicle. The police officer took us to Brentwood to get another vehicle. Their only solution was to sit and wait an undetermined time for a vehicle. The staff member there was rude and offered no assistance. He seemed to be annoyed at our situation instead of being understanding and helpful. He just repeatedly stated there was not a vehicle there for us and did not offer any help. We called the Columbus Indiana Enterprise where we originally rented the vehicle that had a shattered glass window after the accident. The Columbus Indiana Enterprise was very understanding and guided us to get immediate assistance. Thumbs up to Brentwood Police who responded to the accident and assisted our family to safety.
