  Wish I would have got the lady's name who helped when I got the rental. When I returned it, I did get the persons name. It was late, near midnight and near close but Beth didnt let me late arrival deter her from helping with my return. Appreciate the kindness!

  The car I rented was a bit dirty, and considering the premium price I paid to rent from National vs other rental car companies I don't think it was worth it for the quality of the car I received and the cleanliness of the vehicle I was provided.

  Very limited vehicle selection and little recognition of Executive loyalty status. I requested a Genesis GV70 that was sitting on the lot, but was told it was considered a luxury vehicle and unavailable based on my reservation. As an Executive member, I’ve typically experienced more flexibility and accommodation with vehicle requests. Instead, I was assigned a vehicle that I don’t feel comfortable driving, which is especially concerning with rain expected throughout my stay. Disappointing experience overall. :/
