  Great experience! Picked up a vehicle at another airport and that was the most unpleasant interaction with an agent, ever. However, when I dropped off to this location, Jacob M was THE BEST and most friendly agent. He even took care of an unnecessary charge from the pickup location.

  This past week I rented cars through enterprise in two different cities. I have been a long time dedicated enterprise member because of their “previous” stellar performance in all areas. This time however, has made me consider other rental companies. In both cases the cars I rented were dirty, inside and out, and did not have full tanks of gas. The first car I rented had been heavily smoked in and when I went back to the counter to complain and get a different car I was informed there were non available. The second care was dirty, had lots of chips in the paint and was much higher mileage than I’ve ever seen on an enterprise rental. It was more like renting from Rent-a-Wreck. Very disappointing experience.

  I always get the best customer service at this Enterprise facility inside the TriCities Airport. The team is very friendly and professional, I have never had any issues with the cars or the service I receive. A special shout-out to JP, he's such a nice young man and always makes sure I'm put in a nice car! Thank you all!
