  Charlie from Autozone went out of his way to help me get a new battery and installed it for me after Oriellys told me to kick rocks. Very informative and friendly. Definitely earned my business. 10/10

  I was helped by Billy at this location and boy was he a big help. My battery died right as the doors were closing for the night but he stayed with me for an hour after closing time to try to jumpstart my vehicle. We were unsuccessful, but he tried everything he could and I can’t thank him enough for his help!!

  So this is my car saga... I get off work and start to leave. All of a sudden, my Subaru is losing some electrical power. What? It was just a little though. Well, I get to the Grocery Store as I needed milk. I come out of the store and go to start the car and it won't. So I see this man carrying a 12 pack to his truck and I go and ask if he would help me jump the car. He was nice and said sure! So he did. I thanked him profusely and I told him what was going on and he said, "Sounds like the alternator" So I ask, what do you think I should do? He said, go into that Auto Zone store right over there and they will check it for free. Well lucky me! So I did! And they did! And it turned out to be the alternator. What to do? So one of the guys working there says, "I get off work here in 30 minutes and I can replace that for you in about 30 minutes." "How much do you charge?" I ask. "$40" he says. I said "great!" ( I gave him $50) Then I asked, "might you have an alternator here for my car?" And they did! So, I waited, he fixed, I got a deal for about $260 all together and they saved me! Thank you so much guys! You are the best!

  I went in with an issue with my vehicle. Billy Cross was the staff member that waited on me. I wasn’t sure what I needed, Mr Cross was quick to offer assistance. He went to my vehicle with me and resolved my issue. I haven’t had customer service like he provided in a very long time. He went above and beyond what I expected. Mr Cross is definitely an access to Auto Zone. Thank you again Mr Cross. This will be my Auto Zone store of choice. Thanks Darrell
