  Alamo actually had the vehicle I reserved on line unlike some other companies that I scheduled with. The staff were super nice. I will definitely rent from them again.

  Great vehicle (Ford Bronco), great staff encounters, at a great price - BUTT..... you gave us a filthy car with food and trash still in from another renter 😵 - major bummer. I felt disrespected immediately, and that started me griping from the moment I got to the car (especially since I had to pull over to clean the windows to be able to see out)! It a shame, because everything else was great. If you cared enough to deliver a clean vehicle, I would be eager to rent from you every time. As it is, I won't rent from Alamo unless I have to. ATTN: If you are reading the reviews - the "Response from the owner" is a generic webpage. Not designed to respond to my issue - and I won't be going through the hassle of the many screens it takes to actually make progress on this issue. I just want to see you provide better service for your customers going forward. Alamo is 80% of the way there - but falls short if they don't finish the final 20%. - Thanks for at least responding!
