  It was difficult dealing with the way they handle a customer. Also when you get the full synthetic oil change they put a 3000 mile return sticker. We all know that's to get you back in when it's not time. Had a 20% off that was texted me. He didn't listen to me and I had to get him to change the price. I felt like I was being pushed and shoved through the entire experience. I have used Valvoline for years. Maybe I'll find a friendlier place now.

  Great experience everytime! Mr. James is fair and polite and the tram works efficiently. Recommend for oil changes every time!

  Not very happy with the young man that handled the check in and out process. When it came time to pay I used my phone to tap and pay. My Bank of America debit card has a 6 digit passcode. It did not go through and the young man said I put in too many digits. He stated that debit card only had four digit passcode. I explained to him mine has six digits and I have had that debit card for 20+ years. We tried it one more time and once again it was not accepted. And once again he contradicted me and stated debit cards are only four digits. Can you not remember what the code is. At that point, I’m ready to leave without paying. But I pulled out another debit card from another bank that only uses four digits. It must have been a faulty machine. Just because this young man has a debit card with four digit passcode. Does it mean the whole world has four digits for a passcode. I will never ever return to that location to have my oil changed. He also needs to learn how to give instructions of how to pull into the oil Bay. He had me backing up and going forward, backing up and going forward and turn the right and turn left. And at one point, I was ready to just keep backing up and leave. I guess I’m gonna go to Jiffy Lube for my next oil change.

  This was my first time visiting Valvoline, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. James, the manager, and his entire team provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. James clearly leads by example, and it shows in the way his team takes care of customers. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend James and his team for all your car service needs! 5-star service all the way!

  I was received fast and excellent services. I was qualified for a discount for adding more services to my car. Very friendly staff and I would rather return during the mornings than evenings since service time and speed is different.
