  Store 255 is my tried and true! My favorite location to visit! Everyone always has an upbeat attitude and ready to get the job done. The members there are quick and efficient. They ensure that you understand all the services Valvoline offers and what your particular vehicle needs at the moment. Recommend this location to anyone in the surrounding Bartlett area.

  I was recommended this location by a friend and I can honestly say I was disappointed in the service I received when I went today. The lady who gave me my inital check was very rude and dismissive when asking me to turn my signals etc. They were on the busier side so I can imagine she was somewhat busy and not fully paying attention but I overheard her making comments about me while I was waiting to another of her coworkers who, from what I saw was not ok with what she was saying. I also had looked up the her staring at me outright multiple times which was very unsettling. The lady seemed new but very inexperienced and was unprofessional. I had gone for an oil change and tire rotation and I was able to get my oil but not my tires and they didnt even give any reason as to why even though, I know and checked that they do rotations at that location. I'd like to continue going to this location and the prices aren't bad at all and it is very convenient for me but she will more than likely be a deterrent for me returning any time soon.

  Store Manager James is the reason to come back to this location. They were quick, professional, and didn’t try to sell a woman on things not needed. He also fixed my rear wiper blade that I’d installed incorrectly. This location and manager get: A+++, 15/10, no notes.

  I’ve been going to the Valvoline on Stage at Whitten Road in Bartlett for years. The staff are competent, courteous, professional, and prompt every time, many times for years. I don’t write many recommendations. But these guys are worth my full unqualified recommendation for those wanting a quality oil change done right and done fast. They also help me find the best coupons for the services I need.
