  WARNING: Do not rent from the Bartlett branch. The new manager, NAYA engage in unauthorized credit card sweeps and predatory repossession tactics. ALEXIS THE OTHER EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN VERY Understanding AND HAS DONE HER JOB BETTER THAN THE NEW MANAGER. The original manager MIKE would have never let this happen he was amazing as well! This new manager MAYA SEEMS VERY IMMATURE AND HAS FAILED HER JOB AS A MANAGER AND YOU’LL HEAR IT IN THE RECORDING ATTACHED TO THIS REVIEW!!!!!! I paid over $530 out-of-pocket to keep my rental current through October 9th. Instead of communicating with me regarding an extension, Naya went into my digital Enterprise app profile and processed multiple unauthorized card-not-present charges (totaling another $730+) using a saved card I never physically handed her, even after I explicitly revoked billing authorization in writing. To make matters worse, Enterprise Risk Management sent me a formal letter stating I had until October 14th to return the vehicle. Instead, they dispatched a tow truck to my driveway on October 12th without notice. The absolute most absurd part? They towed a 2024 Jeep Wrangler while it was completely doorless. They took the vehicle but left the factory doors and the EV charging cable sitting at my house. Now, my private personal belongings are locked inside the repossessed vehicle, and the Bartlett branch and Risk Management are intentionally dodging my calls and sending me to automated voicemails rather than coordinating a property exchange. They took my money, took the vehicle early, left the doors behind, and are holding my personal items hostage. Complete incompetence and deceptive business practices. Avoid Naya and this location at all costs. I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THIS BASED OFF THE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES AS OF YESTERDAY-ENTERPRISE OWES ME 7 MORE DAYS OF MY RENTAL. I’ve added the rest of the recording with the branch manager NAYA ADMITTING SHE KNEW SHE WAS IN THE WRONG. So to the response that I received from Enterprise , Michelle, the only way this will be handled is if I’m able to get back into my rental so I can make it to my important doctors appointments, get my kid to and from school and some other very important things that I have to take care of because I have been stranded with no ride to even get my belongings. Your branch manager, NAYA has already made another unauthorized charge of $485 yesterday. I still have your doors and your AV charger unless you want this to go down the legal court route I have tried to call I get redirected or ignored or sent to voicemail. I still have your key to the Jeep also I have the doors. You have been paid for another 7 days . I will continue to post reviews anywhere I possibly can unless this is made right before 5 o’clock today. Someone needs to reach out to me to make this right I’m not gonna continue to stress myself over something that I did nothing wrong but your branch manager did I would be very grateful for this to be settled immediately or you can give me a direct number to speak with you if you wanna make this right.

  I’ve had to rent twice here this month, and each time Niah has been the absolute best! Polite and very helpful / informative. I used to rent from this location years ago and it has been a complete 180 change thanks to this young lady. Even while she’s in the building alone, she’s very efficient and there isn’t a long wait.

  The number of locations near me made it easy to get the car (s) i need, when I need them. Everything was handled quickly efficiently and we were able to go on with life.
