  I came through yesterday and a young lady named Amanda went above and beyond her job duties! I ask if she could spray my floor mats off for me as I was going through the wash and she came out retrieved my floor mats and then returned and hung them up to dry while I was vacuuming. I don’t see customer service like this very often and I really did appreciate her helping me because it’s hard for me to get around at my age sometimes.

  I went by zips in Athens tn today and Harry was very helpful as I paid for my wash! My car looked so good after and they had great promotions going on! I will be returning. Great service

  We were greeted by Mark , he was so friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Zips! And it’s a plus if you get to have Mark help you .

  Beware of being swindled. I went for the $12 basic wash and the vacuums. I told the employee what I wanted. He interrupted me, showed me the menu on an iPad, and offered me the $18 wash. I told him I just wanted the single basic and he said it was the same price as the one he offered me. It was clearly stated on the sign that single basic was $12. When I asked him to scroll down on the iPad to display prices, he lied and said this is all that will show. I reached to scroll on it myself and he pulled it away! Finally he scrolled down to show the $12 single wash. I told him that’s the one I wanted to which he responded “it’s a hassle.” Maybe he works on commission and was trying to get his sale? In the end, I left without a carwash because I don’t want to give a cent to a business who employees such people or tactics.

  I love this car wash. Employees are cordial, and when you go to dry the excess water, they also started providing nice cloths for you to dry your car off...love the monthly unlimited package mu husband gets for us...
