Riley is very professional! Other team members can learn from the way he communicates effectively. He made me feel comfortable asking questions and he shared intelligently about their corporate policy. He was clear, easy to understand, patient with my questions, and had me feeling more confident in renting from Enterprise in the future. You made the right choice Enterprise by hiring Riley! Thank you Riley for taking out the time to speak with us, it means a lot in these days and times

Associates at desk was prepared for my rental. I had done online check-in so they were ready. offered me two vehicles --- i rented premium 4wd pickup. chose a gmc sierra. vehicle was clean, full of fuel, drove and rode well. return drop off was smooth and quick. receipt issued electronically was correct. associate remembered that we were on a fishing trip and inquired about our experience. will recommend enterprise and will rent again as i need rental service.

Online allows you to make a reservation, but if you call and double check to see if they have the vehicle...they never do. This is probably the worst location I've been to.

Our company rented us a car for orientation and because we weren’t there exactly on time they gave our car to someone else! Absolutely unprofessional on their part! There were no indications that we cancelled our reservation!!! Horrible customer service!!!!
