  Garrett M helped me out by checking the diagnostics on my check engine light, gave me advice as to what the problem may be, and then replaced my break light! He was so helpful, kind, and professional. I will be coming to this auto zone again for all of my future car needs!

  Went in to get some meguiars ceramic wax spray. I had already seen that it was $3 cheaper at harbor freight than here but auto zone was closer so I decided to see if they would price match the item. Got to the counter and a young man greeted me. I asked if they could price match the wax and began to pull up the picture of the cheaper price to show him. He informed me that they could only price match if it was the in stock store price of the item. I showed him the cheaper price on my phone via the harbor freight site and that the item showed in stock at the nearest store. He then said that they could only do it if I had a picture of the actual in store price tag… Now… why on earth would I take the time to go to harbor freight just to take a picture of the price tag and then go back to auto zone to have them price match it? The whole point of asking for the price match was so I didn’t have to drive out of my way to harbor freight. I guess common sense isn’t common nowadays. Won’t be back to this store and that will be my last purchase from them. $3 may seem small, but on a $20 bottle of wax, it is a significant price difference.
