  I will always go to the Bell Road store if I am in the area again. I had a coupon for Valvoline (they give 10% off when you give any amount to the charity they support). The location I selected told me they were out of the oil I usually get and sent me on my way. That's the second time they've done that but I was glad I met Robin and his associates, Miguel and Brandon! Rob was so kind, patient with my questions and knowledgeable. I had been told my vehicle had a leak in the engine I had repaired twice only to find out from the repairman that, in fact, there was no leak. It was Rob who told me the oil I was using did not support the increasing mileage of my traveling demands. He recommended an upgrade or more frequent visits for a "top off" option with conventional oil. I asked about his tattoo and he told me about the inspiration of certain special members of his family. I was so moved and told him about my family. We encouraged one another and he was very receptive to a few thoughts I shared with him about kind strangers Good places in our path as a reminder that we are all His believed children, no matter what gaps from our origins remain. His CO worker Brandon talked to Miguel about his birthday coming up and I shouted "Happy Birthday!" He laughed and came over to give my car a quick check before Rob let me go. Brandon was a delight to chat with as well, and told me he became a believer in his own in his twenties. He inspired me to read my Bible just by saying he is reading through his to avoid "doing the same things that weren't working" in his life. These young men are hard working, kind, joyful people who clearly care for their customers and work very well as a team. They certainly made my day and helped me feel safer by sending me of with information about a free mobile break consultation Valvoline offers! I got a text straight away about setting an appointment at my convenience.

  I was the first customer of the day on Sunday, July 12, and I was greeted warmly and the team set about changing my oil and checking all the things they regularly do. They did so with efficiency and expertise that gave me great confidence as I drove away, it was a no-fuss business that put be back on the road in less than 20 minutes.
