- CNCeCe Nelson3 days ago1.0⭐️⭐️ Very disappointed with my experience with Enterprise. My SUV is currently being repaired, and I was given a small/midsize car as a loaner. The difference between my SUV and this vehicle is significant. I’m 5’11”, and this car sits extremely low to the ground, making it uncomfortable for me to get in and out. I also have to transport a newborn, and once the car seat is installed, there is barely any room left. This vehicle simply does not meet my needs. What makes this more frustrating is that I was told the vehicle would be fine for me despite expressing concerns about the size. I was not given the option to choose another vehicle or even offered the opportunity to pay the difference for a larger SUV. I would have gladly considered paying the difference if that had been offered. My personal vehicle has only about 13,000 miles on it, so being placed in a vehicle that is much smaller and shows significant wear and tear has been a frustrating experience. I understand that a rental vehicle may not be identical to my own, but I expected Enterprise to take my size, transportation needs, and the fact that I was replacing an SUV into consideration. At the very least, I should have been given the opportunity to discuss other available options. I hope management will take this feedback seriously because customers who are using a rental as a temporary replacement vehicle deserve to be treated with more consideration.
