  Joe made the process of me getting a car, pay and be on the road in literally 10mins. I am definitely coming back whenever in need of a rental. Yes, I do recommend. 10/10.

  Everyone at the Antioch location was extremely helpful. I was stranded with a vehicle being worked on at a local dealership and needed a way to get home. I do not live in the local area so getting a rental car was my only option. Vehicles were in short supply but the staff was able to get me one with only a short wait. While I was waiting they continually checked with me to see if I needed anything. Once the vehicle was ready they ensured all the paperwork was ready to go and did everything they could to get me on my way. When I brought the vehicle back the next day they got me checked in quickly and made sure that I didn’t have any issues with the vehicle. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and very helpful, and it never felt like it was fake or they were just doing their job. I have used many rental car companies over the years to include Enterprise, and I would have to say that the employees at this location are by far a cut above everyone else. I wish all rental car company employees treated customers this way.

  Let me start by saying, I can’t say enough great things about Enterprise! Every time I rent a car from the Antioch location, I receive outstanding service. The entire team is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The manager leads by example and is truly a team player—they always make sure I’m taken care of. I’ve been renting from this location since they first opened, and the consistency in their service is unmatched. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable rental experience! Thank you always!

  I rented a vehicle through my car dealership because there was a modification that needed to be fixed on my car. Enterprise was friendly quick to help after agreeing to a three day term for one time charge of $125. They went ahead and charged me another $315 to try to get me to pay for the insurance for the other days that I had the vehicle now that should be paid for by the Kia dealership that I went through because it wasn’t my fault that the car was in the shop for more than the days they allowed it to be this is a scam. This is ridiculous that you can’t charge somebody’s car without their permission. The dealership should’ve covered the extra expense now I’m out another 300+ Enterprise should be ashamed
