  It's sad when you see how employees dont care about the establishment they work for. No pride in themselves or the job they do. In the month of May 2026, they had a promotion called HERO(military) 25% off on weekdays. Was told we dont do that. Showed them the website promo, the lil girl act like I was disturbing her nap at 8am. She went inside, took a while, then came back and showed me some pamphlet that was contradictory to the website that military was only one day and I needed some sticker. Then the wash tucked, and no towels to wipe down your car. No window cleaner. Good thing I dont live in Alcoa, TN but we are here on business every quarter or so. I feel sorry for the business owner a little bit, but everything rises and falls on leadership. Maybe this is just a reflection of leadership.

  Poor service! Complaints are ignored. After going twice through the tunnel. Car still covered with dirt plus soap I carry water for rinsing after the tunnel. This is ridiculous! I don't recommend this carwash. Management needs to get it fixed! It's getting worse each time instead of better!!

  Went through THREE TIMES And still had dirt you can wipe off BUT was still covered in SOAP. THEIR JUST PISSING PEOPLE OFF . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LET A FIVE YEAR OLD WASH IT .

  Shocking reduction in quality and service in the past 2-3 years . What has happened ? Zero effort by poor attitude employees to help a disgruntled customer ( me) when pulling in close to closing . All vacuums turned off . Was not made aware. Soap left on car after wash. Dryers not effective. Trashy parking lot. Asked about brushing sides pre- wash. Met with a hard disinterested no way Jose look. Fire the whole crew. Start over . Teach service . Teach teamwork . More interest in clocking out than helping out .
