  This was my second trip in to the Alcoa Way location, I drove about 40 miles to get there, I passed several other Tire Discounters, one only 3 miles from my house, and numerous other places that sell tires. I came back to this location basically because I was treated so good the last time I was in. It's hard to be a single female and not get taken advantage of where "car stuff" is involved. Both times I have been treated fairly, respectfully and I feel like I got a great deal. They were able to take care of me right then, and get me safely back on the road. I highly recommend driving past the others and going to see Mike Satterfield and his crew.

  The service is excellent! Ask for Mike; he will find you a deal! The waiting room is pleasant, and there is a large selection of rims in the lobby.

  Absolutely great group of guys there. Kept having issues from another location so I went in and met Mike asked to ck the balance and alignment from last location same business not mention the location but Mike took care of all the issues free of charge whichmade me come back for the other concerns. 2nd issue i had w the truck was bad steering rack done. Isaac (hope i spelled it right) did the install and realignment and the attention to detail was pristine. Potter worked on the tires and rims because it kept having a bad hop and was the only person able to get them balanced due to the rim design, Greg found the problem with the hop and he was able to have the tire replaced for free from the manufacturer and installed the next morning. Preston was able to find the issue with the rear drums to remove the play in the brakes. We have a 2400 mile trip back home and this crew made every dollar spent well worth it. The difference in this location vs the other is the personality of business and how they go about explaining in every detail as to why and how when things may need replacement. Again much appreciated gentleman to you all for the help you gave me and my family. And to the owner they need A/C as it was 110 degrees that week and those guys deserve a raise for making you as much money as they do because they are always busy and they are sweating like crazy in that heat. Those fans did nothing but recirculating the heat. And as a mechanic in the past sweat slows down production. I would absolutely hire them all if I needed a team like that to run my business. I just can't say it enough, so again thank you all for your help time and attention to getting us back on the road. Much Respect. Travis

  Went to Discount Tire to get a tire plugged, and they told me it couldn’t be done. Took it over to Tire Discounters, and Greg and I think the other guy’s name was Matt got it plugged with no problem. 🙌🏾

  Lack of and issues with staff caused delays in getting my service completed and the technician did not put a next service sticker in my window. This scheduled service took too long to complete. The fact no service reminder sticker was installed will force me to spend my time and monies to come back to the store to get my sticker.
