Nice experience on picking up the car. This executive lounge works differently from the common National. You should ask the available cars’ keys from employees. But can not go around the lounge and pick the car.

I love booking with National so that I can pick my own car within the Emerald Isle lineup, but unfortunately at this airport I was told I couldn't walk the isle and that I could only choose between 3 small-mid sized SUV options- Chevy, Kia, Toyota. All fine options, newer and clean, but that's not the point of Emerald Isle. Despite their inventory appearing completely full, I had no choice but to accept one of the 3 options provided. No Sedans, Coupes, Large SUV's, Trucks etc. In hindsight, I should've booked luxury instead of assuming Emerald Isle would have any options at all.

I rent at least once a month, often more, and from locations all over US. I always have friendly and efficient service, clean and current cars, and the app is so easy to use!
