  I have truly enjoyed renting from National. As an Executive Elite Member, being able to pick the vehicle that suits my needs as opposed to getting a vehicle that I might be inclined not to rent is huge!! The variety of vehicles to choose from is always a plus. Thank also for your unmatched service and friendliness.

  I give them zero Stars. We arrived late and there was someone at the counter and they refused to rent us a car even though I went online and they had lots of cars. She lied about not having cars. They obviously don't want to do business. Never use National rental car.

  The Knoxville TYS rental car process was very inefficient. I’m a member and had a reservation. And it still took almost 30min to get a car once I had talked to someone in the outdoor booth in the parking garage. One of the worst check outs of my career. Vehicle was excellent and comfortable once I received a vehicle.

  They were great! They made sure we received the car size we needed. Returning the car was easy as well.

  Rented a timberline pick up truck to move my daughter from her college apartment to her new residence off campus. The agent was very friendly & helpful. She described the vehicle options & was extremely efficient in processing our rental. Great experience!
