  First and foremost, Nate was one of the hardest working employees I've ever seen. When it was our turn Nate was trying to get us situated but was having some kind of tech difficulties. After multiple attempts and no luck trying to contact the proper people to get that fixed, he put us into a nicer car. He personally cleaned the car immaculately was very respectful from the beginning. Thank you for everything Nate!!✌️

  Very easy rental experience. I had to have a rental car following an accident. They were able to put me in a similar vehicle, which was in pristine shape. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When my car was ready, they gave me the option to leave the rental at the collision center, which was very convenient. I would absolutely choose them again for future rentals.

  When the offices that I was dealing with the corporate and the local Alcoa, location are not on the same page. I've been told that I have to pay day to. Day. And then by the corporate office, I have been told that my insurance is fully covering it, but yet they have pulled money out of my account. And I am not satisfied. Further more I had to clean car out. It was not very clean. Had no response on my complaints about the car. When told I would have a manager, call me back.

  Last year we got our rental and noticed a terrible smoke smell on top of it being dirty. We were able to swap vehicles via the airport office and able to get on our way being delayed about 3 hours. Spoke to the manager about the incident and she was very polite and gave us a discount for this year’s rental. We picked it up today and it too was very dirty and has a very foul odor in it. We don't have time for the back and forth this year so we will deal with it. Unfortunately this will be the last time we rent from enterprise. On top of the terrible odor the car has scratches all over it. This office has always worked out well for us but the last two years it’s not been a good experience.
